I was just about to buy one. Thanks to REVIEWS. It is not about the WAND it is about your customer SERVICE. So disappointing. Look carefully. Lots of replays I assume have been done automatically. You literally have changed the reviewer name and used the same text. You even didn't bother to change the date when you had replied to your customers. I am amazed how not very intelligent it had been dealt.
ATTACHING a few reviews and replies. Please have a look. When people read the reviews and then they see such a repetition in a very unprofessional manner it makes us feel that the statement : 'Customer satisfaction is very important to us' is not true.

The DermaWand is absolutely useless and a rip off.
I would not recommend it to anyone. Not only did it not help, it even made my skin worst.

I ordered my dermawand 10 days ago I got the rush paid $40 more for rush because of christmas you cant call are leave a message --dont know whats going on,i need answers!!! Jerry Fletcher!!

I purchase my dermawand back in 2012. When I use it daily, I notice a huge difference in my skin. Especially with lifting around the eyebrow area. Sometimes I get lazy and don't use it for a few months, and during these times my wrinkles are really noticeable and my eyebrows are kind of Droopy. It does work, but you have to use it diligently. I don't notice a smell like some other people are saying, but I do notice the current. It has a knob where you can adjust the strength of the current. It doesn't hurt, it just feels like little tiny shocks. You have to be careful though. One time I had it up way too high and I used it more than a few minutes. When and it really really hurt my skin for a few days. My skin was red and it felt bruised. But overall, I really think this product works, but like I said you have to use it as instructed. Once in the morning once at night.

UPDATE: I WAS ABLE TO FIND KEY PEOPLE THROUGH LINKED IN, WHO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Can someone tell me how to get a hold of dermawand customer service? I have a warranty and need to replace my dermawand. Their telephone numbers no longer accept calls. Please call me 310 838 6677. These messages won't allow email addresses.

I read some reviews about this product and some customers like the dermawand, and some don’t. Some of the dislikes included the electrical current being too strong, the smell of the device and slight pain when placed for the first time on the skin. I have had the dermawand going on three years now and I love it! In my opinion, for the device to do its job properly, your gonna feel “something”as far as the electrical pulses. I personally love how it feels on my skin and to me the smell is nothing! I remember I did get lazy there for about 2/weeks and didn’t use the dermawand at all. I was out one day with my sister and she noticed that I had far more wrinkles and deeper ones as well. She mentioned to me that she noticed these wrinkles were a lot more prominent. I pulled down the mirror over the visor and did see a significant difference from when I used the wand daily. Needless to say, I use this little miracle everyday, sometimes twice a day and it has tightened my huge pores, lessen the appearance of acne scars and wrinkles are diminished greatly in appearance. I just wanted to say I love it and I’ll be using it probably for years to come!

I have been using this dermawand over 1 year. I don’t see noticeable results so far, but thought it would improve gradually when I used it long terms. But for some reasons, I recently started feeling burned under the skin, and my skin was getting red. I thought it would disappear soon, but my skin has been getting dried and hot, sometimes itchy. I contacted the customer service by phone & emails, sending pictures of the burned skin. But they NEVER replied!!! My skin is terribly burned, and now I am preparing to file a report. Be careful when you are about to purchase this. The good reviews are probably by the marketers the company hires!

I love the way they're saying it uses tri-oxygen. Tri-oxygen is also known as ozone... an radioactive oxygen isotope. Not something I want to bombard my skin with thank you

I'm using the same DermaWand which I purchased 15 yrs. ago.That's right...on vacations & daily use. I'm 67 yrs old most of my coworks think I'm 52. I have used it 5 days a week for 15 yrs. I take weekends off. When it finally gives out I will purchase again. Ladies please know this is The Truth! You must be diligent in using the DermaWand!

I bought the Dermawand and used it according to the instructions. I noticed NO difference on my face and neck. I kept using it regardless but after less than a year it stopped working. So it sits in the box it came in until I finally throw it out. Very disappointed and disillusioned.

Its a shame that this product is no longer available in NZ as I have used one for many years and had to replace once and now I want to get another one but its not available.
I found it very effective especially if you use it daily.

Got mine from IdealWorld - used it meticulously for three weeks - no change in my skin - sent it back. Don’t waste your money.

Has definitely improved my skin tone. Love this, I now use nuface too and between them they've taken years off me - I'm 57 and look better now than I did at 47. Couldn't be happier.

I can’t understand other people not getting the great results I have. I bought it with hope in my heart but low expectation! In fact, it sat in the box for year as I just kept thinking ‘yep ... one day, doubt it will do anything anyway’. Then, a week ago I thought ‘why not? I’ll give it a go’. I am SUPER surprised. I clean my face, have a fantastic moisturiser, and sit doing it watching TV. At first I did it as directed. Now I do it for about 20mins all over my face and neck. When my husband said I looked glowing I thought ‘Aha! It must work!!’. My skin is evening in tone, hydrated, firmer and under my eyes is pleasingly improving. I won’t give up my Botox BUT I even brought my DermaWand on holiday and stuck to making time for it each day.

When it arrives I use it as instructed. Two weeks later was using it n had just lucky turns it off and places it down lightly and the glass/plastic bit coving the light shattered into loads of peices.

Hello fellow dermawand users...I ran across the post I did back in February...I would just like 2 report I am still doing it ...usually an hour every night or 2...what I have noticed lately is a loss in strength of the Dermawand...setting on high feels like 3...and I do not see any noticable changes in the last 2 weeks...Iam still using the Olay Whips...Nothing has changed...but I do not see the dramatic results I did in the beginning...of course now I see ads 4 dermawand PRO...anyone tried this? I really love this product and there were AMAZING results b 4...do i need a replacement bulb..I have emailed customer service b 4 and never got a response....anyways just fyi...ty

My husband bought me the derma wand for my birthday this month iv only used it for 5 days and the difference in before and after is really noticeable , I'm 57 and didnt like the old lady starting back at me in the mirror, it's the best gift I could of be given

I Ordered two Dermawand Pro's at the end of January 2019. The one Unit works perfectly, but the second unit only switches on the moment it reaches the highest setting....it is therefore defective. It was immediately put back in it's packaging and I contacted Customer Service. Up until now no resolution received. I was told to phone a number to get a Exchange Material Authorization number (RMA #) and Exchange instructions. An RMA # is required in order to process Replacements, which I understand, but I work irregular hours and in anyway prefer to do all business communication in writing....Why is it impossible to just provide me with an e-mail address of a Customer Service Consultant? What is actually now the Problem with communicating in writing? I can even attach a video of the defect if needed. This might not be a big deal to your Company, but it is to me...it is highly disrespectful to treat paying customers like this in my opinion.

attempted to return within 30 days merchant claimed it had been 32 days since order was received and the product does not work!

Bought one of these for a friend. Complete rubbish,it's all a con breaks after 31 days and no difference in skin at all and they don't care DO NOT BUY this ignore the tv ads
