I had purchased my derma wand when it had first come out, years ago and it still works perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints. I had not used it regularly in the beginning but now that I am, I am extremely thrilled by the results. I was wondering if there is any difference between the new one and the old one that I am still using. I had difficult creases between my eyebrows and my forehead and the derma wand is diminishing them. I recommend it for everyone. I have to go now to use my derma wand before I go to sleep. I M VERY grateful for the reviews. Consistently saw something I went thru before regarding money coming out unauthorized. Didn't notice if anyone noted Las Vegas NV but many rip off companies come from a company in NV. But again, I thgt the add was a rip. But when u read a review sheet that the negative outweighs the positive, pay attention and consistent with the account being a rip. Make sure u check credit report, many of these companies once u stop payments or dispute, place ur name on as bad credit for non payment. Did anyone buy out right without signing up for monthly deliver? Sounds like light burns out and breaks quickly. It's only 120.00 that's way to cheap to do what it says!!

I HAVE FAMILY WHO TOO AGREE THEY GIVE HORROBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO THEY WILL AUTHORIZE IT WITHOUT PERMISSION. I ASK THE SALES REP TO CANCEL MY ORDER WHICH I NEVER GOT NOV 1ST ITS DEC 27 AND THEY ARE ROBBING MY BANK ACCOUNT. I TOLD THESE PEOPLE NOT TO PROCESS THE ORDER BECAUSE THAT DAY THE MAN WAS TRYING TO SELL ME A MILLION DIFFERENT THINGS SO I GOT FRUSTRATED, THEY LOST MY TRUST AFTER I REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM I ONLY WANT ONE PRODUCT, HE DISREGARDED WHAT I SAID WENT ON AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES OF MY TIME, I WAS TRYING TO THE MAN IN GOING TO LATE FOR WORK THAT'S WHY I HAD WANTED TO JUST PLACE MY ORDER AND GO TO WORK, HE LACKED PROFESSIONALISM STEADY TRYING TO MARKET ME A MILLION DIFFERENT PRODUCTS I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL EVERYTHING ON OUR INITIAL CONTACT HE SAID OKAY BUT LIED. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND PLEASE PLEASE NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THEIVES. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT ALL THE WAY DOWN.

Been using this for 6 weeks twice a day as advised in the booklet. Bought from Current Body Beauty Products. Asked two or three times if I can use an oil based prep as the one included absorbs too quickly. Was told I could use anything. My skin shows no improvement at all, slackness appears to be worse. Been in touch with derma wand and told that oil based products should not be used and that I'm probably using it too much. Two contradictory pieces of advice. It's extremely time consuming to use. I wouldn't buy it. Wish I hadn't

Love it! Been using it on & off since 2006? 2007?.. Love the smell & the way it wakes up my face, gets the blood circulating.. I always use it on the highest setting to get the most stimulation.. I'd like to get a replacement bulb to have on hand, but I've never replaced the bulb and it still works just fine. Surprised at all the negative reviews.. I love this product and I'll keep using it..also I use it with any moisturizer, preferably an oil free gel based one.

After watching the add on TV I was excited to order the DermaWand but after seeing the reviews which most of them are bad I decided not to take the change and waste my money Thank God for reviews

I purchased this and to no avail had NO RESULTS!! I returned it and they STILL TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!! BEYOND DISGUSTED!! Absolutely thieves!!

I am now 42 years old and things are heading south (especially around the eyes) faster than I would have expected. Ageing is something that I know I cannot escape entirely and I don't expect anything to make my wrinkles disappear. However, I have owned 2 Derma Wands now. (i dropped my first one and broke it, my bad). I love it. It doesn't solve all of the problems but I have done experiments with treating only one side of my face and then taking a picture to see the difference. It is not extreme but the difference is noticeable. I even checked the pics with my girlfriends, who promptly ordered their own Derma Wands. I also asked a friend who worked in a dermatologist clinic. The spas offer a much more powerful and expensive version of this and so it is a science-based idea. This is just a much smaller version of that. The beauty is that you can use it every day instead of having to book expensive appointments every so often. The cost to me was if I remember about $125.00CAD on Amazon. Even if it does start to wear out (which I have not experienced yet but others have complained about).....$125/year is not much to pay out to preserve my youthfulness just a little bit longer. I have purchased creams that cost the same and only last a couple of months (with not nearly the impact the Derma Wand offers).

I was bought this as a gift in march for my 40th birthday and so disappointed it seems to be losing its strength even on the highest setting already - this wasn't a cheap gift so although I felt a small change after using religiously it's just not worth the money.

I purchased my DermaWand over a year ago. Used it faithfully morning & night and was very impressed with the results after just 2 months. We had a major hurricane coming and I was forced to put some possessions in storage, my DermaWand being one of them. Finally, I was able to recover me things from storage!!! Yes!!! My beloved DermaWand!! Again, I've been using it for a couple months and absolute love it. Not only does it plump up fine lines and wrinkles, too, but it reduces pore size. However, like others whose reviews I've read, the strength is weakening, even at the highest setting. I've had it over a year (even tho I was not able to use it), so my warranty has obviously expired. I'm very depressed because I don't know what I'm going to do without it ... It was a one time splurge on myself that I did not regret for a minute!

Bought it from Boots, so far no results what so ever, waste of money!

No difference after a month
Total con. I've spoken to a doctor about these claims and he couldn't stop laughing. Oxygen into skin... Lol... Totally rediculous, stupid waste of money. Don't believe all the reviews.

I have just completed my 21st day of using Dermawand. I started using it the day after it was delivered. A previous review does state that you do need to use it everyday for results so I have been meticulous in its use. It has broke . The bulb has gone . Great!!!
So by the time someone picks up my voice message, I send the faulty item back, then I get a replacement, I am back to day one
Waste of time -

I got my dermawand in the mail and it's pink not white and the logo isn't even on the device. I've used it per directions for two weeks and there is literally no difference whatsoever. The dermavital skin products are nice, though.

I received my dermal wand with NO receipt No creams ..it was the wand only not even instructions..and they will not make it right NO INSTRUCTIONS NO CREAMS NO MONEY BACK...THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER COMPANY..LETS SHUT THEM DOWN.

I had high hopes after seeing the Facebook page however, despite using for about 3 months apart from the glow during the treatment which is from the machine zapping effect, the skin area under my eyes appears more crepey, lined and the skin more translucent than before!!!!! I didn't have deep lines in the 1st place, thought this would be a prevention or delay but I feel like I look older than before!!! My brow looks more translucent and lined than previously as well!!! I don't recommend at all. Wish I'd never used it!

I've had it for more than a year but hardly used it. Decided to get in gear and work on my skin before my fine lines get worse. Turned on fine, after 1 minute it stopped making the little buzzing sound, lights up, but definately isn't doing anyrhing, not even on the highest setting. 😕

The bulb died after one month and, of course, it's not covered under the warranty.

I have been using it for 2 months twice a day. I honestly haven't seen a difference. I spend at least an hour a day doing the exercises they recommend. Personally I would rather have botox and fillers but the cost of that is way too much. I would have a lot more time to do other things then shock myself.

I love my derma wand, use it twice a day every day, tonight my bag slipped into the sink and now it won't come on. I'm assuming the bulb broke, it will make a little noise but no light. I've had for several years, and never had this issue. I'm lost without it!
