Updated: DestinaHolidays did reach out to me to confirm case sensitivity in the airline's system won't cause a problem. Most people said so from Google search too. Passenger name looks correct on their end. Just a personal preference, I still want my name to match my passport to avoid any future complications flying internationally. Not sure why this happened but I'll leave it like that to be fair.

Edited with 3/5 because all the phone experiences were unfriendly and less accommodating. This is a service business after all, each customer has their own style of communications. I tend to be detailed, paced and asked questions to understand the problem - it's a 20hrs+ flight each way! Support staff were not happy with that. Yes, you'll save a bit with their good price. But adding up to $100, I've received better service elsewhere in Canada.

First time booking through this agency for Qatar, they're extremely unprofessional with a complete lack of detail and responsibility. They issued my ticket with parts of my first name in all lower case. I called the Canada support line, the support staff outright told me names in either lower case or upper case will be fine at the airport?! I disagreed, as name should be the same as in the passport and how I entered it in their system. The agent started to lose patience on the phone when he continuously asked for my password (was confused there as I needed to make sure, is it even legal in Canada to ask for a customer's password?) and he became rude. Had to ask him to chat nicely with me. This might be the last time.

Easy and convenient

In all of the sites I looked at, none of them had anywhere near the price that this one had on the airline I favored. And a nonstop! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised!

Booked an airline trip to Rome. Destina website had various offers and navigating the site was reasonably intuitive. Great pricing was a bonus! Website confirmed booking in about 20 minutes. I confirmed directly with airline about an hour later and all reservation information was accurately in the airline system exactly as Destina arranged. Very happy with this experience!

Found great price using Skyscanner to book flights to Australia. Destinaholidays were offering best prices. Very easy to book, great experience.

The customer service representative, Amwar, was outstanding. I had difficulty booking my flight to Italy, and he was able to quickly, professionally and politely resolve my problem and book my flight without any penalties. He was easy to reach by phone and we communicated by phone and email. The process was very smooth and he immediately resolved it within a very short period of time. I’m very satisfied. Best price tickets I’ve seen by far for direct flights! I was honestly in awe because no other websites showed the price I got through DestinaHolidays. I’m traveling to
Dubai from Houston and I saved about $300. Jayden called me shortly after to confirm my card and fix a decline, lucky the will guarree your booking for up to 24 hrs. I was able to fix it and put the booking confirmation on my Emirates app! So happy thanks Jayden
