Second time I have used Destinology, especially Ryan who was very helpful in putting together our package and booking process trouble free.

We have booked two holidays this year with Destinology, the main reason for this would be their friendly, helpful team, so responsive and knowledgeable. A stand out for us would be Georgina Martin who has helped us with both holidays, she is outstanding and is the sole reason we chose Destinology over many other reputable agents. Thank you all so very much!

Maura gave us exceptional service and I feel she went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything.
I particularly like that as long as you paid upfront for flights we were able to choose our seats. This something we have never been allowed to do with other travel agents. Maura is a star .

Sheila was extremely helpful and always very clear on next steps all the way through from quote to purchase.

She also got the travel company to honour a special offer that had previously expired.

Booked a holiday through destinology and dealt with a young lady called Amelia. She couldn't have been more helpful, she was knowledgeable and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience was great, she booked us restaurants, flights and arranged our cabin, wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would thoroughly recommend to other customers.

Always a good experience. All the consultants I've used listen to what I want and do their best to provide a great holiday. Emma was fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Ryan was excellent! He was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to get us the flights we preferred. After making the booking, he was always ready to respond quickly to any queries.

If I could give more stars I would. Pete went above and beyond to arrange our holiday of dreams. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was available to answer my (many) questions. We are repeat bookers and will use Destinology again.
