The customer support and interaction was first rate, there was no pressure no hard sell just a genuine attempt to help me and my wife ensure we purchased the correct item which addressed all our needs.
Thanks Jack for all your help and nice to see a youngster well spoken and with a smile on his face.

Staff don't hassle you and let you look around at your own leisure. Ben however, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us choose what would be best for our size living room when we found the couch we liked!

Great experience with DFS
Our first trip for sofa shopping and I can’t be more thankful to the store and especially Soni for being so accommodating and understanding. There was no hassling they just let us make decisions and answered all of our questions. We have placed our order with them and super happy with the whole experience!!

Didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Went in with looking at one settee but when seeing them they weren't suitable for me. Was shown a few and fell in love with one that was fab in every way. Purchased and just waiting for delivery now

Great service
Had a lovely experience today at DFS after a stressful day of couch shopping. The experience from start to finish was such a relaxed experience. We were left to browse and then offered help by the lovely Steph whose service was bubbly and enthusiastic. Steph went through our order with fine detail delivering brilliant customer service and made sure we were comfortable. We can’t wait till our new suite arrives!
