We went to dfs first to look at sofas. We were greeted by a member of staff who was chilled and informative. We went around several other sofa stores at the middlebrook retail park. We went back to dfs to make our purchase. We got exactly what we wanted amd the service was informative regarding delivery ect. Amazing chilled sales man and amazing sofa. We cant wait for our delivery in jan.

Visited today and had a sofa designed to fit our room which we purchased alongside a coffee table. Was greeted by Jack at the door who looked after us throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Whilst we have not had the sofa delivered as yet (will up date when it has arrived) I would highly recommend based on today's experience.

Warda (Bolton store) was very helpful and thorough with my order. She kept in touch with me by email and telephone to progress the final order.

Making a large purchase can be stressful but Sonny was brilliant and made the experience stress free and easy. He had a calm, professional manner, offered me a cup of coffee and explained everything really clearly. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in, Steph made us feel so welcome. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding, and she really did go above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect sofa. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Steph also managed to get us an amazing deal on our sofa that we simply couldn’t turn down! It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they leave happy.

Very easy as I knew which sofa I going in for,

Two visits to the Middlebrook store recently. Appreciate non pushy sales personnel. Darren assisted on on first visit, explanations were spot on but not intrusive and all questions were answered. Visit two we decided against the previous choice on further comparison, found a better option so asked Darren to assist us again. All interactions were professional, friendly information and non intrusive. He showed patience with us when our lack of understanding needed clarification and we were happy with the way the sale was concluded. Thanks Darren pleasure doing business with you, thanks for advising us. We will complete a Trustpilot review once the products are delivered which will focus on all aspects of dfs rather than this particular transaction.

Great buying experience. Very informative sales man who was knowledgeable about the product and really helpful. Price was very reasonable.

I am writing this on behalf of my Mum. Mum has stage 4 cancer and wanted a 3 seat settee to be able to lie on when she gets tired. This wasn’t disclosed to the salesperson until she had chosen & paid for the sofa. Only then did we ask that if it could be delivered before Christmas that would be fantastic. On hearing why she wanted delivery A.S.A.P the salesperson came up with an alternative solution of a sofa that was exactly the same but with an old style usb charging point. So from ordering to delivery was 6 days. Well done to the salesperson and well done to DFS for a quick, easy, kind and caring experience. The delivery drivers were just as kind and considerate too.

The salesman was brilliant. Very knowledgable and made the process easy.
