Everybody really helpful throughout our experience. Staff were lovely, we had dealt with Darren and Ricky as we visited the store multiple times feeling indecisive and torn between a few. Staff were brilliant,reasonable prices

Visited Bolton DFS, had a nosey around and found a few sofa sets we liked. Dave greeted us in a friendly but professional manner and helped us decide which was best for us. There was no pushiness or pressure and let us browse when telling us a few options. We found a beautiful sofa set and Dave went through everything with a fine tooth comb and really explained the process. We even had to cancel an item and he’s done all he can to help us with that process. It really makes a difference with Dave being as friendly and helpful as he was to know we were getting the best customer experience and support.

Sunni was very helpful, gave us space and time to think about the purchase, answered all questions and provided us with very in-depth information - even brought us a coffee. Another staff member double checked all information to ensure the order was correct.

We recently purchased a sofa from the DFS Bolton store and were looked after by Sonny. From our very first visit, he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

We were so impressed with the service on our initial visit that we returned specifically to deal with Sonny again when we were ready to buy. He remembered what we liked, helped us compare options and made the whole process really easy and enjoyable.

Sonny is a credit to the Bolton store and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new sofa.

Was we entered the store we were greeted by Darren who was very polite and straight away offered us a brew, which was lovely. I liked the "no high pressure sales" we looked round then went to the other 5 or 6 furniture stores but found them to be very same old stock but with sales people following you around. So we returned to DFS looked for Darren and he went through everything once I chosen the suite, no pressure and another lovely cup of coffee.
