From walking in the shop we were welcomed asked if we needed help very attentive staff as shop was busy when we did need staff they came right away we sat and chatted went through what we wanted the gentleman went through everything with us nothing hidden that’s what I like about dfs everything to our satisfaction when we went ahead with our purchase the gentleman still chatted with us after payment which shows good service no rushing us out keep up the good work definitely recommend dfs

Amazing service both in store and when ordering our new sofa over the phone, everything was discussed with regards to payment, delivery dates and full confirmation sent out of our order via email. We would highly recommend DFS and especially Enrique from the Middlebrook store in Bolton who went above and beyond to help us with our order.

I had just got my house and honestly I just walked in ‘to have a look’ until I came across the ‘Dolcie’ sofa and she was perfect and just what I was looking for, there was no way I was leaving without purchasing. The store itself has a lovely lay out, I asked for some help and then Darren came to assist, he walked me through every option and step by step of the order, gave his excellent advice on options on style, warranty etc with my decision being final. He was patient and funny and we probably sat there for a good hour just chatting and making sure everything was perfect. When I was ready to finalise they had Shannon come over to review what was being sold was correct. which I thought was a great way to ensure you was getting exactly what was sold. Both did amazing and I felt very happy and secure in my purchase. I was given my order details, told what would happen next and delivery was 6-8 weeks. My sofa arrived in 6 weeks and the delivery guys were fantastic and lovely young lads, my sofa was up in 20 minutes and just felt the whole process was so smooth and easy … definitely recommend for your sofa 10000%
