Fantastic experience, had lots to offer but didn't badger and left us to be able to browse but then on hand for everything we needed

We have been looking for a new sofa x2 for a while. And the bolton retail park has lots of furniture stores. We visited dfs a week ago and liked a few different sofas. We knew we would be calling back and still spent a further 2 hours deciding which sofas to choose. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase 2 sofas with 5 year extra care. Which we should receive between christmas and new year. And the assistant also promised us that it the sofas are in any lower priced sale
before we take purchsae. We will be refunded the differance.from what we have paid

Hi came into store was greeted by Jack if we needed any help he made me and my husband a brew always goes along way having a brew jack was very easy to talk to very nice young man we have always bought our sofa from dfs I came back today to purchase a sofa we saw yesterday jack sorted it out for me and another brew 😊 thankyou looking forward for my new sofa 😊

We were helped by Adam Smith and what a star he was. He looked at our budget to furnish two rooms understanding our budget and what we were trying to achieve. He suggested various options until we came to a solution. He is down to earth, friendly and really understands his customers needs. I would highly recommend him to chose your next sofa.

Pressure to purchase anything, just really friendly and informative staff. We visited a few times before making our purchase but when we did Suni was so helpful and talked us through everything. Couldn’t have asked for more to be honest. Great experience.

From walking in Ben was so helpful we gave him ideas of what we wanted and he went above and beyond to find our perfect sofa in the style and colour we wanted couldn’t fault his service and we cannot wait to see our new sofa in our home. Thankyou Ben!!

Helpful staff

The salesman we dealt with was the best experience I've had in a sofa shop. He did not pressure us into anything and left us alone until we were ready to speak about a purchase. He interacted with my child in a warm manner

Simply, Dave who attended to me. So very friendly and warm. I was shopping for a new mattress, and my only gripe is that the Middlebrook store doesn't have a selection in store, it is all online. Other stores have lots to try out instore.

We told Darren what we wanted but was limited in size, he went through options and came up with the Stella, excellent attention to us and great knowledge.

DFS Dave was absolutely brilliant. Very professional and explained everything fantastically and helped us with what we wanted and needed. He was also brilliant with our 2 kids and was extremely helpful

Jack explained everything throughly on how to care for product and the process of the delivery. And was very chatty. Well done and the team should be proud.
