Great service, quick and efficient, got everything we wanted with no pressure

We had a fantastic experience at DFS Bolton, thanks to Dave, who was extremely helpful from start to finish.

We were shopping with a baby and our 4-year-old, and Dave was brilliant at understanding that this was part of the experience. He regularly checked that the kids were okay and even went out of his way to get our 4-year-old a hot chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

When it came to choosing a sofa, Dave really knew his stuff. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, listened to our needs and wants, and helped us find the right option without making us feel pressured.

Customer service like this makes all the difference. Dave was knowledgeable, patient, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout. He’s a real credit to DFS Bolton, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new sofa. Thank you, Dave!

From walking in store and buying a new sofa the staff member was very professional and helped our choices with expert guidance and support. Dave was friendly and great bloke and enjoyed even getting to know him making everything personalised and enjoyable

Steph had an outstanding personality - she genuinely wanted to help us and ensured that we understood the process. She was very engaged and enthusiastic in the role that she has.

The best thing is noone followed us around pestering us while we tried to make decisions. The whole process was explained thoroughly.

Great experience at DFS Bolton no pushy salesman just able to look around at leisure and choose.great salesmen explained everything again if you want extras you choose and if you don’t it’s fine all up to you I would definitely recommend this DFS shop for buying furniture

Clear helpful assistant. We had made our choices before visiting the store and wanted to check the sofa in real life first. The assistant helped us order exactly what we needed and talked us through all our options which are not as clear online

We were welcomed as soon as we got into the store as I had been in previously to look around and Ben had served me both times. We were offered a drink and then allowed to browse before choosing my sofa. Ben explained everything to me and it was double checked by his colleague. Very happy with the service today.

They were extremely polite left us to look round when finding something we liked was very very polite made sure we knew all the prosses had a lovely cup of coffee while chatting would deffo go again and recommend to friends very polite and lovely staff 😀

Excellent friendly service

The whole experience of buying a sofa and armchair was made very simple and unstressful. I looked at the range I'd seen online and was shown to the sofa immediately by friendly staff, Steph in particular. I tried the sofa and loved it. I loved the fact that my little dog was also allowed to jump up and try out the sofa! All staff were really dog friendly and Poochie enjoyed the fuss they made of her! Steph went through all the costs, delivery details and payment with me and made things very clear. I opted to buy a cleaning kit but wasn't pushed to buy any other insurance etc. All in all, I'd recommend DFS Bolton and I'd definitely rate Steph as 10/10!

Ben, our salesman was great. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to think. There were plenty of options and when we were ready to purchase it was very easy.
