Lovely staff and really helpful

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS and would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service we received from Tony. From the moment we entered the store, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy.

Tony took the time to answer all our questions, explain the available options, and helped us find the right sofa to suit our needs. His professionalism and customer-focused approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would like to thank Tony for his assistance. He is a real credit to DFS.

The gentleman at Merry Hill store , think his name was Sam, was very helpful and knowledgeable , without being intrusive We would have no hesitation in returning to this store for any further purchases

Update on my review the pictures I have shows what you are paying for when you buy furniture from DFS merry hill. Rubbish used to make furniture cheap from abroad. As I can't upload pics I can't show you. Don't waste your money the 15 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.The manager told me not to sit on the chair for long time what a comment.

Tony the sales person made us feel at ease and didn’t pressure us at all with our purchases we took our time and he very professionally helped us with any questions we had. Not once did he come across as pushy or trying to force any extras etc! On a whole a great experience in the store and hopefully the delivery goes as well as this did.

Aaliyah greeted us on arrival and left us to browse. She came back and checked on us after a suitable amount of time and answered our questions. We were not ready to order that day as we couldn't decide on a colour. She emailed us 2 of our options. After discussions we decided on a different colour and re visited the store to find her again. She dealt with our order efficiently and we thought she was absolutely lovely. She explained everything perfectly!! 10/10 from us x

Excellent service I had to wait a while for Aliyah to serve me as she was called away to sort a problem but was very sorry when she returned but it was fine and offered me a discount most appreciated.

Attentive and friendly staff. Great store layout and excellent customer service. Steph in particular stood out. Kind, courteous and an eye for detail with helping me to look at an accent chair that would match my sofa purchased on an earlier DFS visit this year.

The store manager and other staff treated as very well . I am very happy with my purchase .

Visited the store on the 26th July, from start to finish I was made to feel welcome as soon as we started talking to the assistant she kindly offered us a drink straight away. All our queries we answered, the assistant wasn’t trying to force a sale or push us like many others can be I would use her name but unfortunately I didn’t quite catch it. Overall it was a good experience.
