Attentive and friendly staff. Great store layout and excellent customer service. Steph in particular stood out. Kind, courteous and an eye for detail with helping me to look at an accent chair that would match my sofa purchased on an earlier DFS visit this year.

Great experience
Visited the store on the 26th July, from start to finish I was made to feel welcome as soon as we started talking to the assistant she kindly offered us a drink straight away. All our queries we answered, the assistant wasn’t trying to force a sale or push us like many others can be I would use her name but unfortunately I didn’t quite catch it. First Time Visit
Visited DFS for the first time to purchase a new sofa - it took x3 visits to make a final decision
All staff members we interacted with were friendly & helpful
In particular, Aaliyah who we completed our purchase with was amazing.
She explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the lead time for delivery and also was completely clear on expectations if we should need to claim on the additional cover we purchased for damage etc.
