The sales person Aysul was amazing and made us feel catered to. She ensured that she understood what we needed and was very helpful in helping us visualise fabrics and features of the item we ended up buying. Her colleague Lisa was very friendly and overall it was excellent customer services.

DFS is well laid out and guidance was given as I entered the shop as to which area I required.
The member of staff who assisted me was welcoming, helpful, knowledgable and very friendly. She went above and beyond to complete my order and was very patient when I made changes at the last minute.
I hope that the furniture, when I receive it, will be as pleasing as the lady who assisted my purchase.

3 stars because only one of my sofa were delivered, instead of two. I contacted customer service she then texted someone but wasn't able to get a reply. she told me to wait until 72 hrs for a reply back from them.

Our sales advisor Saif was fantastic. Clear, knowledgeable, honest and gave us great recommendations. It wasn’t just a sale, it was the sale that was most suited to us. No stone was left unturned.

Iqbal was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

We came 3 days running and left to view at our leisure.we didn't feel pressured with hard sell. Staff were there when we needed help or advice. By the end of today we were happy to go ahead with our order and Lisa was there to help explained everything answered all questions and we were happy to complete our purchase.

I was very pleased with the level of service that I received in the store today. The young female sales rep was very friendly and easy to speak to. She gave me some good advice and it was clear from the outset that she was a very knowledgeable about the products that your store had on offer.

Too many options, it’s hard to choose as all of them are beautiful,we’ve spent almost 2 hours maybe more in the store,mr ikbal was helping us so much ,very well experienced and knows about everything, I would love to thnx to him for his wonderful service and help

The prices were also much better compared to Furniture Village, even though the quality and materials were the same. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this store.

Purchased a coffee table and two side tables I asked for a discount on the shop prices whilst I was waiting done a bit of research on my phone to find cheaper prices on line, same store, sales guy said oh yes the price had been reduced in the sale 🫪 saved myself £250 do your Own research, worked for me 😊

The workers were nice and friendly, they had a very good personality and looked proud of there role.I really liked the sofas especially because of the material, it was soft and comfy,I would love to go there again!!
