We went to look for a footstool that matched our sofas purchased 3 years ago. Not only did Sian remember us she remembered what sofas we had bought 3 years ago. Although the sofas were no longer in store Sian looked for them on her tablet and enabled us to order exactly what we were looking for!! Sian definitely went over and above today!!

The kindest most helpful members of staff
I was helped by 2 members of staff. The store manager vido and sales team member Curtis.
Both were fantastic, helpful, kind and lovely people to talk to.
Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was set out clearly for me and I left happy with the purchase I made.

From the moment I entered the store, he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect sofa for my home.
There was no pressure to buy, and I really appreciated his honest advice and patience while I considered my options. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to his excellent customer service. I'm delighted with my new sofa and would highly recommend DFS, especially because of the outstanding help I received during my visit.
