DFS Furniture - Inverness Reviews 

I visited the DFS Inverness store this afternoon. As soon as I entered I received a friendly welcome with no hard sell. Katerina came over to the sofa I was sitting on and asked if I wanted some help. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to look at stock available and which items would be suitable for my requirements. I found the entire visit easy and hassle free, there’s no pressure to buy anything and all areas of customer service excelled anywhere else I’ve been. I purchased a sofa, chair and footstool and can’t wait for it to arrive. Katerina and her team are an absolute credit to this store.

The lady (Fee?) was very nice so I cannot fault her.
Unfortunately in the middle of completing the sale and whilst Fee was on the computer putting in my details we were interrupted by her colleague twice which I found quite rude tbh and could have waited until we had finished. However Fee was lovely very attentative and answered any queries and had no choice in being called away. Fee was not the Manager so did not understand why we were interrupted.

Anthony served us today, very friendly and informative without the overbearing need to 'sell'.
Had a very straight to the point but warm sales experience and kept things informed, determined and thoughtful throughout. Honestly felt very organic and didn't feel the urge to think again. We already had a plan and were ready to buy, but Anthony kept us true and made the final decision easy... even sold us the extras without trying lol.
Honestly it was a very pleasant and digestible experience and I cant say that for many establishments so if you are considering a new item for your household perhaps you should pop in and see Anthony.
