The sales team allowed us to shop without pestering us, which was perfect. Once we did want help and needed to place an order, Tall Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His guidance was invaluable and he is an absolute credit to DFS. We would highly recommend the store and particularly Tall Josh to our friends.

There was a good choice of sofas in the DFS store. The staff member we dealt with was helpful and patient with our questions and our adding something to the order at the last minute.

We searched the internet and made a decision to visit DFS Lincoln to view a Nevara sofa, chair and footstool collection with various recliner and heated seat options. We were met by Josh who explained in great detail the range we were looking to purchase together with wear advice and optional insurance and cleaning aspects covered. Josh was at all times extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all very friendly that made our decision purchase there and then very easy. Clearly we are delighted customers who are looking forward to receiving our new furniture in the near future. Without doubt such exemplary standards of customer service must be applauded and without hesitation we would strongly recommend this service to Family and friends. Staff good but 2 bolts missing from bottom coffee table . Tried to phone store but waited over 20 mins and gave up .Husband found 2 bolts to fit from garage. If you find the spare 2 Allen key bolts for the. Martha coffee table let me know

Easy process, all questions answered and help provided

Very friendly service from Sham, went in on the Saturday and fell in love with the sofa and had a chat with her, 0 pressure from her to buy there and then, we then went back in on the Tuesday with the intention to buy and her service was very quick and smooth. 10/10 customer service and very thorough going through all the care plan and warranty options, would definitely recommend

Nice people

We entered DFS Lincoln today not entirely sure what we wanted and what our options were. Sham kindly showed us a few financial options and explained the availability of certain products. Sham we patient with us as we eventually decided on what we wanted to decorate our new home with. I would highly recommend a friend or family member to ask for Sham next time they are in need of furniture.

Josh was excellent he made my 82 year old mum most comfortable, found the right sofa and extras she needed. 10 out 10 everyday
