We met Andrew on our first visit to find a sofa and he was very helpful and informative about the product we were looking at buying. Luke was absolutely fantastic
Luke was absolutely fantastic. From the very moment we met him, he was encouraging, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Luke got to understand us as a couple very easily and was able to work out what we wanted from our new sofa and how it would make our lives easier. Super friendly and informative
We are a younger couple buying our first sofa and the staff were so helpful and supportive. Most places we went followed us around like we were about to steal or vandalise something but here they initially spoke to us then left us to look around rather than judging.
