yet respectful service throughout our visit to the store.

Very easy and efficient

The sales lady (Francis) who serviced us put us at ease. Went thru all the components of the Sofa & chair, which was very good and we were very convinced they were the chairs for us, she took her time with us. As not many sales people do lately, you should be honoured to have her☺️

He was very helpful told us all we needed to know and we’ve brought one brilliant at his job

Had a great experience at the Poole branch with Kayleigh. Got exactly what we needed and was dealt with very quickly considering how busy it was on a Sunday afternoon.

Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the store is a very pleasant showroom to walk round! Hot drinks offered and accepted!

Sebastian provided excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, including the available options, benefits and what would happen next. Nothing felt rushed, and he made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable. A real credit to DFS – 10/10 service.

This is my 3rd dfs sofa and the best experience picking I’ve had with any of them, Lauren Francis helped us and was so kind and patient, when we went home to check measurements we looked for Lauren when we came back, she showed us every different colour variation and helped us work out sizes, she really went above and beyond. Thankyou Lauren.

Didn’t feel under pressure to purchase anything, all staff were helpful and pleasant with extra thanks to Layla who spent time with us while we were making our decision which sofa to purchase.

Amazing experience from entering to leaving the store. We were by greeted by David as we arrived in the store, he asked if we needed any help (which we did) we told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to avoid and he took us to a section of the shop that was what we needed and left us to browse, advising us he would be around if we had any questions. We liked this as we didn’t feel pressured into anything, could talk freely and concentrate on our browsing. We did need some help but David was helping another customer so someone else came and answered all our questions (didn’t manage to ask his name) but he was very helpful. We left the store to think about our choices but returned swiftly to purchase our new sofas. We were acknowledged by the second Gentleman mentioned above as he was talking to another customer, we were then offered coffee by a manger whilst we waited (coffee was good 👍) David then came over and helped us through our purchase. Every member of staff was polite and helpful. Will 100% recommend this store.

Great selection of furniture. Purchased sofas and chairs. Sebastian and team very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Would definitely return here for future purchases.
