Very professional, answered all our questions and were not intrusive whilst we were browsing.

Staff were friendly and knowledgable , went through all the options and allowed us time to consider what was available and what we needed. A positive experience and friendly staff .

Lee the sales assistant was brilliant

Denzil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the fuzzy sofa ordered and really helpful with measurements of the previous sofa and new sofa and spent time to run through all my queries and answer them immediately. I’m ever so pleased with the service recieved and found his help and guidance far better than in store experience as this was so much easier to figure out via a video call so we could discuss room measurements as we as the sofa dimensions and features. Thank you Denzil you have been a pleasure to speak to.

I was left alone to go round the store and see what was available, a non pushy salesman asked my mum and I if we would like a coffee whist browsing, which was lovely

When it came to the decision the salesman was very patient and helpful.

Having shopped at DFS some years ago buying a lounge suite i decided to go back after being very satisfied with my purchase. I popped in to have a look for a reclining chair and found one i loved so I punched it. The staff were lovely and friendly and extremely helpful.

What a lovely experience I had today visiting dfs store in Preston, I was greeted by Sarah who was very welcoming when I come in, she helped direct me to the sofa I had in mind, she made me a coffee and we sat and discussed the style and type of sofa I wanted, I had a look around at a few and with her help we managed to order the sofa I wanted. Couldn’t ask for better customer service 10/10
