Charlotte is simply AMAZING. I have booked several trips with dial a flight, ranging from full on holidays, to just flughts or just hotels. Charlotte always makes sure all is in order, very promptly comes back on queries, pro-actively checks in on anything she spots, keeps in touch regularly, and justctakes the worry off you. Even if the cost is slightly more than an online deal, I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte and Dial a Flight. It is sooooo worth it.

I wanted to book a holiday for Egypt and contacted many agents. Finally I contact an intelligent lady called Rebecca Wilkies in Dial a Flight in February 2026, and she could put together a plan no one else could. Due to a technical issue with our passport, we couldn’t fly but I certainly suggest this company, especially Rebecca.
I look forward to book with this company in the future.

I have used DialAFlight for many years to organise our sometimes complex flight requirements. Connie Lau has been our contact and has always provided helpful advice. This has been particularly useful on our latest trip to China, when our return flight via Dubai became a concern owing to the current situation in the Middle East. Knowing that Connie was available to advise and support us if problems arose, was very reassuring. She kept in touch through the 6 weeks we were away, updating us on the situation with our airline.

We were recommended to DialAFlight by a friend and so glad we used them. Billy the travel advisor listened to our requirements and gave us various flight options of which one we took. The DialAFlight app is excellent and easy to keep up to date with the bookings. We will definitely use again. 5 Stars from us!

Calvin Ali was just so helpful when our BA flight to Frankfurt ( in transit to Toyko) was cancelled, he got us onto a Munich flight the next day, other transit passengers were left totally to BA and missed 2 days of their holiday.

I have used Dial a Flight now on several occasions over the years and have never had a bad experience. All the people I have dealt with have always been very helpful and very professional, and it was exactly the same this time when I booked flights to Australia. Sebastian kept me informed and up to date with all the changes in flight times due to the conflict in the Middle East and I can’t fault the service. I will have no hesitation in using them and recommending them to friends and family.

William from start to finish was so very helpful. He organised our trip to Sri Lanka then a split resort holiday in the Maldives then a 3 night break in Dubai. Dubai unfortunately didn’t happen due to the troubles. He organised us to stay on in the Maldives instead. Our flight was also cancelled and we had to use the 24 hr emergency service. The lady we spoke to there got us on an alternative flight home, direct. She too extremely helpful.
We had so many questions before this trip it seemed I was constantly contacting William but nothing was too much trouble. Hotel recommendations perfect.

We've used Dialaflight for many years and never been disappointed and rarely had a problem, if problems arose they were dealt with almost immediately, I put my trust in Lee Coughtrey for many of our trips( usually to America) and he's never let us down, highly recommend.

Kitty at DialAFlight was so helpful in arranging our flights out to Thailand and then when Qatar closed their airspace because of the troubles with Iran and America etc and our flights got cancelled Kitty was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out new flights home for us, this is the second time we have used DialAFlight and would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again for our next long haul flights later this year.

Our flight home with Qatar Airways from Thailand was cancelled due to the Iran crisis. We contacted Sadie at DialAFlight, who was on the case immediately. An acceptable option was agreed, transferring to Turkish Airlines and re-routing via Istanbul, made us feel very re-assured and a lot more comfortable by-passing the Middle East. We were able to relax and enjoy the extra 4 days we had due to the switch.
Can't thank Sadie and the team enough, for their brilliant customer service and professionalism.
Wouldn't hesitate in using Sadie at DialAFlight again, and recommending her to other travellers.

I keep meaning to write a review about Tristan from Dial a flight so here it goes. I have used Tristan for a number of my holidays and all have been amazing ranging from India, South Africa, Peru and Bali and other places . Anyway , I have just returned from my latest incredible trip to Vietnam, all organised by Tristan at DialAFlight, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
I’ve been booking my holidays with Tristan for around 20 years now, and the service has always been consistently excellent—but this trip really stood out. Every detail was taken care of, from flights to transfers, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Vietnam itself was absolutely amazing, but what made the experience stress-free was knowing Tristan had everything under control. He really listens to what you want and puts together something tailored, not just a standard package.
It’s rare these days to have that level of personal service and trust, which is why I keep coming back year after year. I have also recommended him to a number of people

We were delighted with Leah who organised our travel to New Zealand and back. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and gave us complete confidence . When our return flights via Dubai were cancelled because of the Iran War, she was able to book new flights avoiding the Middle East. I'm 74. I went to Japan, on my own. I have difficulty remembering things. And get nervous. The whole team at DialAFlight, were very helpful and patient, polite and friendly. Especially Ian Newton, who was incharge of my holiday. . I had a great time. Everything went very smooth. I thank DialAFlight.

I have booked a few holidays with the incredible Eve for many years now, I’d say my first holiday with Eve was 2010 when I booked a girls trip to New York, and then Las Vegas. Since then I’ve got married, had two kids and Eve is still my go to. Not only does she find amazing deals, but she is so lovely. My most recent trip was a surprise holiday to Abu Dhabi for my husbands 40th.Eve found me such a good deal. I’m forever grateful for this lady, she’s honestly the best!

Alan and the team were amazing as I was stranded in Thailand as unable to fly back to the UK via Dubai. My flight had to be re-arranged twice, the customer service I received was excellent and put my mind at ease during this uncertain time.
I would highly recommend DialAFlight, especially Alan as nothing was too much trouble. The team on the whole were also very helpful.
