Love the product but email sent about tracking you order is not good. But did get my products.. after I called to see where it was. Lady I spoke to was wonderful and helpful.

There was a slight hiccup in getting my bookmarks but once I noticed them of the problem their response was polite and helpful and my bookmarks arrived in double quick time. I'm thrilled they're beautiful.

I purchased 43 of the jewelry boxes. I love them! Out of the 43 there were only 2 small issues which have been taken care of promptly.

The boxes are beautiful when completed! And good quality. I found putting them together before I add the diamonds is the best way to go.

I recently ordered and when the estimated delivery time passed I tracked my order. Upon further examination I discovered a wrong zip code (my mistake). Customer service was extremely helpful giving instruction to try keep order from being returned. However that didn't happen. They have been wonderful helping me to re-order and the constant contact through e-mail has been excellent. This is my favorite site to order from. Thank you for your help. I will continue to keep this as my favorite site.

Ordering is easy enough, HUGH selection of pictures and accessories. Doesn't take too long to receive items. I have placed two orders so far and will surely be ordering again!
