I had 4 orders going at the same time. One of them was lost in shipping and they are repalcing it. The communication at all times leading to this resolution was amazing. Even though I was also traking the events and speaking with the US delivery company, Diamond Painting did the same and kept me informed. Every time I e mailed, I got a response back withing 24 hours. I am a customer for ever and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy from them. I await the last order plus the replacement order. Thank you very much

They're brand new company that I'd only just heard about moments before I placed an order my boyfriend and I were curious about what kind of paintings they had I said okay love pick out a painting you'd like to have hang in your wall and we'll buy it together and I'll do it and you know decorate your house he found this beautiful blue and purple lion and I ordered it it came it's wonderful it's beautiful and with it came and extra Diamond painting gift I was so happy to receive that extra Diamond painting and it just so happened to be perfectly picked out from a show from my childhood The Simpsons ain't can't wait to order from this company again

I’m a prospective customer and I had 9 diamond paintings in my cart to purchase. There was another kit I wanted to buy but it wouldn’t add to my cart even though there wasn’t any notice about it being out of stock. I sent an email to the company as well as sending a screenshot of the item. I verified the support email 3 times before sending it and it stated the email address I got off their site didn’t exist. I’m not buying from a company like this when there are so many other reputable companies out there.

Had a question and they answered back in a friendly and timely manner.

Needed shipping updates. Received a prompt reply. Pleased with the results.

I contacted customer service about a DMC color chart on a particular diamond painting that I have purchased 3 of. They were able to contact the supplier and was able to provide the missing color chart as requested.

I received a broken brush and the person who Helped me was nice enough to give me back my credit. Thanks for all your help

My experience has been fabulous. I placed an order in early March. I kept checking and it never shipped. Contacted customer service and they got on it right away. They found out that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and quickly let me know, I ordered something else and my order is now being shipped. Great job.

The size ordered was out of stock. They were great to work with on the issue and offered the next size bigger at no extra charge. Wonderful customer service and stayed in touch/answered emails in a very timely manner.
