Awesome customer service and the agent is helpful

My first one was exciting & I have done my second one which is much bigger. I’ve ordered another. It’s kind of addictive but I love it.

I contacted them to ask about my order. This customer service person answered me right away and resolved my concerns. Great customer service

I ordered a painting that did not come out like it should have, I sent a picture to customer service, they responded rather quickly, and sent me a different one of same value price, which it came out perfect. Customer service was very helpful and very quick. I do appericate and thank them very much

I recently purchased a variety of diamond paintings and I could not be more satisfied! I have directed all of my friends and family to this site because the quality is very good and prices are extremely fair. I have purchased other paintings from other sites and sometimes the drills are poorly made or packaged or they did not stick well. Not the case here! Also, it was great to have a tracking so you would know when to expect your order to arrive. If you have questions, customer service is fantastic and goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase good quality products that are backed by great customer service!

was very helpful it took awhile for me to get the right picture to the company but when i did you finally accepted it an sent it so it could be processed. thank you very much. I contacted customer service as to why my order had not shipped yet they were very prompt to reply and explained that they were waiting for an out of stock product. I was offered to either wait or they would replace the item with an item of my choice. I am very happy with this company. This is the third time that I have ordered from them and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I received my order thought multiple items were missing. On the first items they had separate bags diamonds for each item that I did not realize were different for each item. The second item was missing some of the items. I have never received such great customer service. Knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond and resolved by getting me the missing items. Great company to do business with.

Customer service was very quick to reply and do their best to add to my order. Love their products. Have done over thirty, no problem with any of my orders and loved the colours.
