products were good, website misleading
products were good, but failure to indicate either on website or in voicemail auto reply the business holiday closure dates misled me into placing an order for "next working day delivery" that was not fulfilled. Once the office did open again the customer service response was good and arranged prompt delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and distress caused by the delayed delivery of your order during the holiday period. We fully understand the importance of prompt and reliable service.
We acknowledge that our website’s delivery information over the festive period was not updated as accurately and clearly as it should have been, and we regret the confusion this caused. This was an oversight on our part, and we are taking immediate steps to ensure that our holiday delivery schedules are clearly communicated in the future.
At Direct Drainage, we take great pride in serving our customers and understand how crucial timely deliveries are. We are reviewing our processes to prevent this from happening again and will be implementing additional measures to improve the accuracy of our e-commerce platform.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise again for the impact this had on your experience with us.

Did exactly what was stated on the website. My recommendation for improvement this year would be to change the answering message over the Christmas period informing customers of the duration of the holiday break, as I tried ringing several times without success.
