Worst experience ever! I was hit in a car park and liability was admitted by the driver. Copious amounts of paperwork, Ridiculous amount of mistakes in the paperwork. A year later from the date of the repair of my vehicle I am now be taken to court! If your garage recommend them NO NOT USE! I am so stressed with the whole process. The charges for the repair that they are trying to claim for is beyond ridiculous.

Highly recommend. I've been working with DAMS and recommending their service to my customers since my garage opened a year ago. Claire has been a huge support in this first year, and Direct Accident has provided an excellent addition to my business.

We are pleased with the service we have received. We relied on Bella and she was helpful and professional and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I will give the feed back to Steeve who is good guy and delivered the curtsy car to my door within time and he did cooperate/guided to me to arranged my curtsy car when my car has accident. he is nice guy and know how to deal the customers in professionally way.

Local bike shop suggested I approach DAMS. (They had left fliers at the shop) following road rage incident which wrote off my long distance bike, and to which I have several independent witnesses. police and ambulence involved. Initial contact with Mussy good and I emailed them full pack of info. However they approached both car driver and independent witnesses without any discussion or authorisation from myself, ten declined to act for me since the driver apparently denied any liability.
So I'm Not at all impressed with DAMS. who it appears only want easy life.
So I may use another no win no fee sgent or small claims court. But DAMS were waste of my time

Great service. Had my work van driven into by a lorry! Accident happened at 9am had a replacement hire van by 3pm so I could continue work. They always kept in touch, were up front, direct and helpful along the way. A little more paperwork than just using my insurance company but I meant I didn't have to pay an excess (even up front as it was non fault) and got a good quality hire vehicle for the duration of the claim. I even got to keep the van 10 days after the cheque came through which meant I had time to source a replacement vehicle and didn't have to go without transportation. Would recommend to anyone. Just be mindful there will be more paperwork than using your insurance company but no, excess to pay and no hike in insurance premium either!!

I was referred to Direct Accident Management after taking my car to MJT Motors in Bispham, Blackpool after someone ran into my car when it was parked in my Church car park.
From the very start they were friendly and helpful.
Everything was explained to me about the process and a hire car was arranged for me and delivered promptly.
Even the young man who delivered the hire car was lovely (Joshua).
As we were going away on holiday later that week, it was arranged that the car would be collected the day before we flew.
Again the people collecting the car were prompt.
On return from holiday my car was still awaiting 'authorisation' for repair.
On telephoning Direct Accident Management another hire car was arranged and again delivered promptly.
All in all an excellent experience.
The garage repairing my car MJT Body Repairs also provided an excellent service.

Direct accident- DAMS were great. They helped me when my insurance company were taking too long. I didn't have all the details if the guy that hit me, but direct accident pursued him for me. I got a hire car the next day and I couldn't of been happier. There was more paperwork involved than going through my insurance, but then my insurance company weren't doing anything about it! I got the choice to keep my car when it was written off, and although it's not worth much it means a lot to me. I would recommend anyone to use them if they didn't want to use their own insurance. I couldn't afford my excess so this was brilliant not having to pay. But because the guy that hit me wasn't saying there had been an accident I probably was going to have to pay it with my insurer. I won't loose my no claims bonus either.

They helped me reclaim the cost of my bike after I was hit by a car. There was no cost to myself and they kept me informed throughout. They provided a hire bike the following day which enabled me to get straight back on the road and get over any fear.

Was put on to DAMS by our garage after a small accident. The rep asked whether we needed a courtesy car - I said no. She passed our details on to their head office. We went through the entire process with them, getting all sorts of info, documents, etc etc. They went to 'process' our case, then came back and said they wouldn't take it on without a hire car being involved, because 'that is how we make our money'. Total waste of time. And - these people are contributing to all our premiums going up. DAMS encourage people to take courtesy cars - which adds cost to claims - by refusing to help you if you don't.

My local Bodyshop told me about this company. It did sound really impressive so was a little worried. Thankfully I did the right thing and let direct accident handle my crash. I was hand held all the way not sure I could have sorted it all out on my own. The person who hit my car was a little intimidating and direct accident took all the worry away talking to them on my behalf. I did have to do some paperwork but was straight forward and with the help and car they provided I really didnt mind. They do assign a solicitor and I've no issues with them either . I would totally recommend this company I'm an older person who worries but I really didn't need to
