Absolute cowboys, they rang me after speaking to a woman who had hit my car and said they believed I was the non fault driver and that they would take me on as a client. Spent so much time on the phone with them, filling in forms and doing sketches because they were “so sure” I had a claim. Put me in touch with injury solicitors etc. to then today just turn around and tell me to contact my own insurance to make a claim - when they’d told me all along to not speak to insurance and to only deal with them. Absolute cowboys, don’t waste your time on them. Ultimately want you to do all the work for them, told me a few days ago to go into businesses and see if I could retrieve CCTV footage for them! Jokers.

We were really pleased with the whole process with Kindertons, all people handling the claim very pleasant and helpful, including Wesley Harrison who delivered the hire car to us and collected it afterwards.

This company has been great with me from the very fist call. Immediately sorted a hire car. We got a nearly new golf gti which was a nice surprise. Whenever I called I was greeted by a pleasant member of staff that was very helpful. All settled within 2.5 weeks

Great service from start to finish.
Appropriate, like for like hire car provided efficiently and on time by Shane, and I was kept up to date on the progress of repairs to our car throughout by Karen.
As the no fault party, the complete process was handled and dealt with very professionally, which alleviated the inconvenience always associated with these matters.

Had a fantastic experience throughout. Imogen took the time to gather all the details carefully, explained everything clearly, and advised me on the next steps. She was absolutely lovely to speak to and made the whole process feel much less stressful.
The hire car was then organised incredibly quickly and was delivered the very next day by Kevin Baker from Kindertons. Kevin took the time to show me around the car, explained where everything was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the controls before leaving. He also answered all the questions I had and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Kindertons have really been on the ball with everything. Their communication has been excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way, and they have made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth, easy, and well managed. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and customer service from everyone involved so far
