I have lived at one of the properties let out by Direct Residential for over a year now. Due to some personal issues I found myself completely lost and wasn’t sure on how I will navigate around my tenancy. However, I had taken my concerns to Harrie ( property manager) and she has spent the last month in constant contact with me and helping me find a solution. Not only did she do the admin work but also kept me updated and reassured me hurdles along the way. I am so grateful for the whole team who have worked together in the background to resolve my issues. I’ve never come across estate agents who have been this understanding. Thank you!

This is my second time renting with Direct Residential and it has been just as good as the first 4 year tenancy I had with them at a different property.

Direct Residential are honest, helpful, and very quick to respond to emails. Their properties have always been handed over in excellent condition at the start of my tenancies. They are the only agency I have rented with to date who truly treat their tenants with respect, and when I saw in the advert for my current property that it was being let by Direct Residential, I treated this as a significant plus.

Nick has always been helpful in sorting out maintenance issues and repairs, as well as conducting property inspections in a way that is minimally disruptive.

I have just renewed for a 2nd year with the help of Harrie and the process was very smooth, including reasonable terms for renewal. Harrie has also been helpful with general management of my rent, and most recently with the process around potentially adding my partner onto the tenancy.
