From start to finish all went smoothly especially Salzburg airport on return which can be a nightmare. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our hotel Schweuzerhif was suoerb

Very poor standard of accommodation at the Germania hotel as separate toilet with no handwashing facilities in that room . Serious risk of spread of norovirus etc esp in a holiday resort
No reception after 8pm and very noisy guests after 11pm and no way of preventing this
Won’t be staying there again

I found the booking process very simple and straightforward, with great value to be had.
When I was amending a few errors that I initially made it was great to be speaking to a rep with perfect English and understanding of local accents etc.
and she sorted it out in a prompt ,friendly and efficient manner.
This has emboldened me with confidence that the rest of my investment will be more than satisfactory.

Saalbach has everything ...... great pizza restaurants (we only used at lunchtime as food in our hotel was excellent), great apres ski and plenty of slopes for intermediate skiers.
We stayed at Kristiana Hotel, staff were excellent especially Kathrin, there was no chore too small or too big. We will be back sometime.

Their on site resort team/manager's always very helpful and make your holiday as enjoyable as possible and always there to answer questions and recommend places /excursions etc.

Soll is a great ski resort. Directski reps were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Hotel Tyrol was well located, with excellent food and leisure centre.

I was the group contact with Direct Ski for a group of 4. There were 2 who would ski and 2 who didn’t. From the time of booking the holiday I received all information required in a timely manner. From departure in Dublin to Salzburg everything went smoothly and then transfers to and from both airports were on time. Mark Tubridy our Direct Ski rep was excellent and prior to and throughout the holiday he kept me informed with all essential information we would need. He sent recommendations of ski trails to use during the week, and all information we needed for departure. Our 2 skier’s followed Mark’s recommendations and really enjoyed the trails they went on.
Our hotel Kristiana and Art was excellent. We have been to several ski resorts and have never experienced the wonderful hospitality as we did from the family who owns the hotel. Every single member of staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and interested in our day and often gave us suggestions as to how to spend our day, the 2 of us that didn’t ski.
Overall we had a wonderful experience.

The journey from booking our holiday to arriving back home was so easy and pleasant. Every one of the directski staff that I spoke to by phone and on the ground were exceptionally nice to deal with and knowledgeable. Any time I rang their number it was answered, or if busy call returned, promptly. The rep at the resort was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. Refreshing in a world gone mad with making you do the work for yourself but charging you for personal service.
