From start to finish all went smoothly especially Salzburg airport on return which can be a nightmare. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our hotel Schweuzerhif was suoerb

Our ethos was, and still is to this day, to provide a simple, low cost way to book your ski holiday online, without the need for expensive brochures and high street shops.

Fantastic company to book with

Fantastic company to book with - all staff/customer reps are friendly, polite & very helpful. Also very interested & enthusiastic in your holiday options.
Website is easy to navigate. Great ski resort options.
Telephone customer service is immediate.
Resort Manager Jon was superb - visible presence in the resort & daily check-in texts

Skiing holiday last week- Lyon Airport…

Skiing holiday last week- Lyon Airport to Les Arc. It was a transfer from hell both directions. 2.5 hr outbound journey took 7 hrs. Return took 5 hours, the bus went 1 hr off route to collect other passengers. The rep repeatedly asked the bus driver to slow down as many passengers were sick and children vomiting. When we arrived at the airport direct ski didn’t have young children booked on the flight. As a result we only barely made the flight. Lesson learned, we will never go on a package holiday again!

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed on your recent holiday with us. Transfer times will vary throughout the season depending on traffic on the week in question. We are aware that there was a significant delay due to heavy volumes of traffic on the days of your departure and arrival, once the driver became aware of the situation, he took a detour on regional roads in order to avoid the grid locked motorway, however I can fully appreciate your frustration particularly when travelling with young children. We will continue to look and work on possible ways to avoid this for future.

Great Value Access to a Brilliant Resort

The chalet was good value and quiet although not quite ski in/ski out. The transfer was made very difficult by the farmers strike in France which was beyond your control and the resort manager handled it well in the circumstances. Ski holidays are often not straightforward but you managed the situation well in the circumstances, which is more worthy of praise than just doing it okay when everything goes smoothly.

I couldn’t fault anything about our experience with DirectSki, our resort manager Roisin was available and helped us 24/7 and the transfers were on time and hassle free

Thoroughly enjoyable trip to Westendorf

14 of us went to Westendorf for a week’s skiing. The group booking process was handled extremely efficiently by Amy and she facilitated some changes in travellers at nil cost.
Direct-ski staff were on hand to ensure that check-in went smoothly in Dublin and the Aer Lingus flight was on time.
Transfer took 2 1/2 hours from Salzburg.
Our resort rep Shaun was really excellent.
We were half board in the Hotel Jakobwirt and the accommodation, food facilities and staff were great.
The skiing was rubbish - bad snow due to high temperatures and rain a few days before our arrival. Can’t blame that on Directski!
We did manage to ski until lunchtime every day but it was too warm & slushy after that.
Directski did their job well and everyone enjoyed their holiday

throughout the booking . Cost was higher due to late booking so I recommend early is better . 10. days away so let it snow .

Great communication and well organised staff with good knowledge of the area. Helpful both at dublin and salzburg airports which reduces the stress of travelling.

Great experience on collecting and return but we are all women over 50 and we were not advised in advance one of the rooms had bum beds

Super smooth snowboarding trip

Great snowboarding trip to St. Johann with Direct Ski. Everything went smoothly - from flights to transfers to equipment rental and additional instruction. Hotel (Sport Hotel) was half board and the food was so good (and plentiful) we didn’t need to go elsewhere for dinner. Will be using DirectSki again.

Direct ski is a a very efficient company.

A fast and efficient transfer to our hotel on arrival. All necessary information was passed on by our rep on the transfer.
Amazing organising for our change of airport when returning home, Barcelona instead of Toulouse, due to road blockages in France.

Great travel companies, would definitely recommend both

I have travelled with Top-flight and Direct ski on several occasions and I have found them to be extremely professional on every occasion. I would totally recommend anyone wishing to book a ski holiday to book their holiday through either company.

Our holiday went so well from the…

Our holiday went so well from the flights to the transfers to the hotel. Our directski rep Frank was always there ready to answer any questions we had. I would recommend directski and will definitely go with them on our next ski trip.
