From start to finish all went smoothly especially Salzburg airport on return which can be a nightmare. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our hotel Schweuzerhif was suoerb

Our ethos was, and still is to this day, to provide a simple, low cost way to book your ski holiday online, without the need for expensive brochures and high street shops.

Expectations dashed at Hotel Neue Post Zell am Sea

After three years with no holiday to the slopes due to COVID we were really looking forward to our stay at Hotel Neue Post, Zell am Sea. However our expectations were dashed at dinner on our first night when we were served ‘braised beef’ which was so tough it could neither be cut, chewed or eaten! There was no choice of main course - just one main or vegetarian. The dessert left much to be desired, again no choice, take it or leave it. No one seemed to be familiar with the phrase - it’s all in the presentation. After a week of really poor meals I feel justified in writing - Neue Post hotel does not warrant 4 stars. The meals were in no way adequate for skiers after an arduous day on the slopes!

chicks on sticks ski holiday .

A very good holiday from start to finish. Excellent travel, accommodation first class, convenience to ski hire, apre ski, all within 50 metres from hotel. Staff at hotel lovely, pleasant and helpful. However would have been nice to meet our ski rep once face to face. All contact was by text.

Absolutely fantastic customer service…

Absolutely fantastic customer service from the start of the booking process to the Rep dropping us off at the Airport. We felt very well taken care of!

Superb Company and Great Value for Money

Fantastic experience, particularly for newbie skiers. Great value for money too and really friendly and helpful staff. Recommend hugely.

Mayrhofen Trip.

DirectSki are always so helpful from start to finish. Flights and transportation were as per schedule.
Accommodation was clean with a nice breakfast. Resort manager was at hand when needed.

Tip: use the locker’s at the top of the pennkan bahn to store equipment. ⛷️

Overall it was a great holiday

Overall it was a great holiday, good hotel and reasonably priced. Our bus transfers were slow and slightly confused both ways, otherwise our holiday was excellent, we would be happy to repeat it.

We love directski

We love directski - used Topflight before - but the online version is terrific for browsing resorts and hotels. The staff are really knowledgeable and are on hand for anything you need.

Great service from Directski

Great service from Directski, and especially Jon the Rep/Resort Manager, at Directski, for Arinsal.
Jon was always available, very helpful, and consistently there to help make the holiday as great an experience as possible. No question was ever too much trouble and he made sure we were looked after, whether with the Hotel, the Ski School, or just general information on the Resort. Thanks Jon.
