Directski.com was founded in early 2000 by two Irish entrepreneurs and ski enthusiasts who had a vision to create the world’s first online ski holiday company.
Our ethos was, and still is to this day, to provide a simple, low cost way to book your ski holiday online, without the need for expensive brochures and high street shops.

After three years with no holiday to the slopes due to COVID we were really looking forward to our stay at Hotel Neue Post, Zell am Sea. However our expectations were dashed at dinner on our first night when we were served ‘braised beef’ which was so tough it could neither be cut, chewed or eaten! There was no choice of main course - just one main or vegetarian. The dessert left much to be desired, again no choice, take it or leave it. No one seemed to be familiar with the phrase - it’s all in the presentation. After a week of really poor meals I feel justified in writing - Neue Post hotel does not warrant 4 stars. The meals were in no way adequate for skiers after an arduous day on the slopes!

A very good holiday from start to finish. Excellent travel, accommodation first class, convenience to ski hire, apre ski, all within 50 metres from hotel. Staff at hotel lovely, pleasant and helpful. However would have been nice to meet our ski rep once face to face. All contact was by text.

DirectSki are always so helpful from start to finish. Flights and transportation were as per schedule.
Accommodation was clean with a nice breakfast. Resort manager was at hand when needed.
Tip: use the locker’s at the top of the pennkan bahn to store equipment. ⛷️

Jon was always available, very helpful, and consistently there to help make the holiday as great an experience as possible. No question was ever too much trouble and he made sure we were looked after, whether with the Hotel, the Ski School, or just general information on the Resort. Thanks Jon.
