Absolutely terrible customer service. My phone autofilled a UK postcode (I live in ROI) I immediately contacted them by phone and email and was told they won’t change the address by an extremely rude and unhelpful woman. The package was then sent back to them and I’ve emailed twice to either get it reposted to me or get a refund. They have ignored me. I refuse to ring again as I could not speak to the horrible rude woman that is on the customer service line. I’ve payed for a package that has been resent back to them and they are refusing to refund or resend to me. Against the law and very bad way to run a business

Slightly concerned of the mixed reviews, but went ahead ordered two boxes of Spices Chai latte. Pleasantly surprised of the good prices. Well packaged and very fast delivery. We will definitely order more in the future.

I ordered few items from the company for the work event a week in advance of the event.
Their website stated that it is next day delivery if order placed before 3pm. Friday come, I still didn't have my order. I send an email, but never got a response. I contacted them first thing Monday morning just to find out that the order was damaged en route and they would send new one out only Monday afternoon.
The package didn't arrive on time for the event. I had to go and search items myself in town and it was a big hassle.
They were not in hurry to send a new package as they took action only after my call on Monday.
Very poor service.

Great range, great prices, fast delivery - can't fault them!

Its the 4th time I am ordering coffee. The coffee is very good. The price is great. Very fast delivery . I will order again.

I ordered at 2PM and received my parcel at 8:30AM the following morning.

I ordered a christmas gift for my partner. It got handed to him today by the postman with "coffee" printed all over it....
Absolutely ridiculous at this time of year.
It was part of a massive set I got him and spent a fortune on. Present Absolutely ruined by this company. If you are buying gifts do not buy it here

I've used discount coffee a few times and they offer great value and an excellent service

I've been dealing with them for a while and they have always had reasonable prices and very quick delivery. They also do very nice promotion deals here and there as well as discounts for loyal customers.

Never had any problems until this week and to my surprise, they reacted promptly and quickly sorted everything out in a very polite manner. It was only a small issue, but to me they really showed they care about their customers.

It's always a pleasure dealing with them!

Prices appeared competitive but not for the poor service and lack of product. Three days to receive order and only then find out it was not complete - some items out of stock. Won't use again.

Perfect service, delivery took 3 days, would recommend

I ordered 5 items on March 21nd of which 4 arrived. With the delivery came a note saying "out of stock , refunded" beside the item that did not arrive. To my surprise ,there was no refund and there still hasn't been , it's been nearly two weeks now and they keep sending me this credit memo that supposedly shows that I have received a refund (which I haven't). Terrible customer service , so unhelpful. Will never order again , all the 5 star ratings must have actually gotten their order. Absolute joke of a company

I was scared ordering seeing everything was cheaper than anywhere else. First time I find mint syrop on an Irish website too. So decided to try anyway and see what happened. Well not even 24 hours later my order was delivered. Everything was well packaged. Only thing is I forgot to get the pump for the bottles so now I have an excuse to order again.

Amazed by the whole experience. First of all the choices there are on this website are insane. Everything you need about coffee is there. Then, the fastest delivery ever, once it’s ordered it’s at your place 2 days after. And to end perfectly the experience, what I bought is amazingly tasty ! The chai latte is just 😍 so I recommend it strongly !

Excellent company. I’ve been ordering from here for the past few years, and I’ve never had any issues with them. Don’t think I’ve even had to contact them outside of ordering…
Delivery is fast, great selection of products (my go to products are sugar free syrup and coffee beans), and very reasonably priced.
I placed an order this afternoon, and within half an hour it had been dispatched, and I’d received an email from my courier company regarding delivery. It really doesn’t get better than that.
