Well stocked with all I needed and the staff were available and helpful.

good selection of products, well laid out helpful staff, cafe and toilets.

My friend and I had a walk in Harlestone Woods followed by lunch in your restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The mother's day afternoon tea appears to be frozen then defrosted. The sandwiches were dry and stale. The scones crumbled when trying to slice them. I left 3 out of 4 cakes because they were very soft and inedible. The quiche was cold and tasteless. The staff were lovely and the table was nicely set.

The Garden Centre was empty of stock and the fish section was empty and closed. My children loved seeing the fish and we got supplies for out own tank from here. Not sure how the store is surviving, it can't be making any money there is nothing to buy other than hyper inflated waitrose food and cotton traders clothes. Cafe was OK, scone was nice but asking for cream was poor, it should just be given. Also kitchen staff scratching their heads and arms whilst serving seems very unhygienic, not sure an inspector would approve.. lots of standing around talking too whilst there was a line of customers! Finally, in the cafe seating area a disciplinary/absence review was taking place for a member of staff, their manager and HR rep ( I assume) were very loud and you could hear the conversation and issues being discussed. Very unprofessional, should be in an office or via teams etc.

Food residue on floor and on seating which looked as though it had been there days and generally the floor did not look that clean. It was so cold it spoilt the visit, my friend and I left after a cuppa and cake, as my feet and legs were frozen to the bone from the cold draught. It's a shame as I would have liked a look around and maybe purchase something. Apparently they have had no heating for the last year or so! I will avoid in future, and just hope I have not caught a chill!! (Harlestone Road store)

Nice atmosphere in restaurant. Staff were very helpful. Food is a bit expensive but with offers ok. Nice cup of tea. :

They don't keep their opening hours. I have arrived on 3 occasions and have been bared from entering with 20 minutes left before closing. Don't take opening hours as certain as according to staff, closing is st their discretion.

It had something very similar in the Christmas decorations I'd been looking for. As it was the 23rd Dec the sale was on so got them for a very good price.

Lovely garden centre with a good range of plants etc. enjoy visiting the Xmas displays. The cafe is great too with lovely coffee and cakes.

Visited the cafeteria. Food quality good, area kept clean and tidy. However the time to receive the food was a little lengthy. To be fair there was an apology, but it was what prevented 5 stars.

We needed help with buying compost for our acers to go into pots and the staff were extremely helpful.

Went for lunch in the cafe and we waited 40 mins for our food. Was not told this when we ordered
