Product average - the whole point of galvanising is to protect the metal but the manufacturer has tried to clean up the excess galvanising and exposed the metal - already showing signs of corrosion….

Quick delivery. Very pleased with product, and reasonably priced.

Extremely friendly and helpful customer service. Easy to use / purchase from and amazingly swift delivery of goods (next day at no extra cost!). Bought both the puppy play pen as well as cage (for the puppy to sleep in). Excellent products: all absolutely fine in mechanisms / function. Only issue was that the orange "Doghealth" stick-on plaque kept falling off the playpen ...I don't think this promotes good advertising for the organisation to be honest. May be not add the plaque OR simply get a better adhesive. (Just picked my Doghealth plaque up off the floor yet again now! Guess it has to go in the bin?). Other than that all absolutely fine! :-)

Great product, good value

Bought two very reasonably priced heat lamps for the kennels, one of the bulbs broke after a a fortnight and on the off chance I got in touch. The lady could not have been more helpful and sent me a replacement straight away. What a fabulous company to deal with and a great example of good customer. I will shop again and will certainly recommend them to anyone

It's been over a week now and my order has not been despatched, and no correspondence from Doghealth.

Cannot fault this company. They sort everything without and hassle and just simplify life. Delivery was second to non. Panels for kennels received without any defects. Very friendly company who I will use many more times yet

Always a good company to deal with-orders are sent out quickly and well wrapped up as some of the products are quite fragile. I have used them for some time and have never been disappointed by their attention to detail and service.

Your website is poor. Your item numbers are confusing. Your returns policy is abysmal. I ordered online, somehow you converted my order into a different order. When it was delivered you were unavailable. Now I can't afford to return the goods you wrongly sent and I am stuck with a product I can't use.

The courier they use is a disgrace. 6 panels delivered 2 damaged. 2 more sent out to replace one damaged it's a joke
