Bought clothes from here multiple times. Always amazing designs and great quality for my nieces. Accidentally ordered a size that was too small and customer service was so helpful and very responsive to help me change it to the appropriate size. Will definitely continue to order!!!

I received my order that doesn’t meat uk trading and standard regulations . This company has been dealt with by trading and standards but how ever still no refund still ignored by the company to get my money back for unsafe clothing . This company thought it would be okay to have 2 inch safety pins in a baby’s coat hood . That’s not okay !!
She has failed to follow the consumer rights act unfortunately I’m having to deal with this myself so mummies please save your pennys and hassle

Ordered from here recently, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address by royal mail. Emailed customer service and they were so quick to send out a replacement. Not many independent businesses would be this good. Very impressed! Will definitely be ordering from here again!!

I have bought from Dolly wears multiple time’s now when shopping for my two daughters. Clothes always arrive on time and are always good quality.

Cute clothes but they’re clearly from Temu/shein and then rebranded. Sizing of the dresses is very small and they’re 100% cheap plastic clothes

I received a faulty item and contacted the company straight away, providing photos as requested. After hearing nothing back, I had to chase them for a response. When they finally replied, I was told I’d need to return the item at my own cost, despite the fault being theirs. This is very disappointing and unacceptable customer service. Customers should not be out of pocket for receiving defective products. I won’t be ordering again which is a shame as I’ve ordered many times before just so happens they are ok until things go wrong!
According to consumer rights act 2015 this is also not a reasonable or legal request for consumers to have to pay to return faulty goods.

Offers a free nightshirt with order then once order is placed they cancel free item and only send paid for items.
It feels like a scam

I ordered a few dresses for my girls for a Disney trip a few months ago. It was quite a big order and unfortunately one dress was missing. I emailed dolly wears to let them know, hoping they would send a replacement as my girls wanted matching dresses. I was told that the item was sent with my order and they would not be sending a replacement! I was annoyed by this but I don’t really like conflict so just took it as a loss. A few months later I placed another order for two Noelle dresses for Christmas and I few summer sale items for my youngest for next year. My order was not dispatched for ages and then a week after placing the order I got an email to say that it was cancelled. I thought maybe things had gone out of stock so I checked but they were still available! I placed the order again but again a week later it was cancelled! I contacted dolly wears to find out what was going on to be told that my order was cancelled due to me apparently trying to scam them on my previous order! I was so upset about this and I was quite shocked that a company can do this to customers! It’s very annoying as the clothes are very beautiful and my girls loved wearing them on our Disney holiday. We got so many compliments. I always see clothes on their facebook page and I would love to order from there again but it looks like I have been blocked ! :( This has never happened to me before and it has made me feel so upset. I have emailed to ask if I can place future orders as we really do like the clothes but now I just keep getting ignored :( very sad customer experience indeed. Basically you can’t have any issues with your order otherwise you get blocked!

I have twice been sent the wrong items. 1st wrong colour, 2nd wrong size. They do not provide a returns label and insist you have to pay for returns for thier mistakes and that they will pay you back but other reviews say that they never do. They also just ignore emails concerning returns. I suspect that they send the wrong items deliberately when something isn't in stock and then insist you pay for returns and then ignore people so they give up. Shoe sizings are also completely incorrect and items are made in CHINA.

Please DO NOT waste your hard earned money ordering from this company. Not only are the clothes poor quality and awful fabrics but the sizing is wild!!! My daughter wears 9-12 months currently and I ordered age 2-3 for our holiday in 12 months time thinking they would fit next year. They fit her now so no chance will they fit next year!! They are also operating illegally by refusing refunds/exhanges on sale items ordered online. I have had to contact my bank for a charge back against this dreadful company who ignore emails constantly and are incompetent!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid… in fact RUN!!

I am about to request a refund, I paid for an item they said was in stock and have ignored me ever since not even a basic reply nothing I paid via Google shop so I am covered but I have never had this experience before its mind boggling to be honest literally responded within seconds once they realised it was going to be a sale as soon as the sale went through I would be very careful when making a purchase

Disgrace of a company! I ordered an item and the incorrect item arrived. I emailed multiple times and it took me to emailing saying that I was going to go through my bank to get the money back for them to reply. They asked me to send the item back, which I had to pay for, they told me once they received it back they would refund plus the postage… I never received the refund for the postage. Albeit it was only £3.65, it’s not the point and completely unfair when it wasn’t my fault. I will never order from this company again.

Very cute clothes, sizing is a bit off though. I bought two items, both sized 6-9 months as I have a 4 month old and I'm preparing clothes for the next step up. One of the items was a swimming costume and it's significantly smaller than the other item, and is far, far too small. I tried it on and the top of the shoulders don't even reach her armpits, so it's a few inches too short in the body for a 4 month old when it's supposed to fit a 6-9 month old baby. Frustratingly, I always remove tags to wash items before my baby wears them so I can't return it - but I will resell as it's really cute and I'm sure someone will love it!

Other than the sizing issue, everything else was great (which is why I've still given a high rating). Shipping was fast, and the clothes feel/look very high quality. The designs are adorable and exactly as pictured. I'm hoping the sizing issue was a one off as I do plan to order from here again because I love the designs

Constantly canceling orders. No explanation why. Website not updated to state the several items order are out of stock. Just cancellations.

5 emails ignored!

The last few orders I’ve had the quality has been poor. I ordered swimming costumes and the first one they sent was faulty and a missing bow. I then had to re order as they weren’t able to send out in time for my holiday doing an exchange. My girls wore it one day, the bows fell off and all the stitching came away on the other one so the fronts falling apart and neck line won’t stay up.

Bad customer service at least reply. But poor quality items recently.

Amazing quality school dresses for my little girl. I see another review on here saying the sizing was off for the school dresses. I can confirm I bought my daughter’s usual size and they fit perfect! My daughter is also very tall for her age and I always worry with what size to get. But I chose to get her usual size and they fit great. Great company. Lovely packaging. Quick delivery. Also purchased the matching hair bow clips. Will definitely be purchasing from this small business again.

100% recommend.
