Shev
Shev, the engineer, came to fix my dumble dryer, is very smart and he knew his job very well.
On first visit he diagnosed the problem and he is very professional. And on second visit he brought the new part for dryer and fixed it. It was quick.

Bought a Beko washing machine with a…
Bought a Beko washing machine with a faulty drum. Only two weeks ago a new drum was fitted. Had to immediately call to say the new drum was making a racket when spinning. The engineer that came yesterday didn’t even check the machine. Watched a video we had taken and told us it was one of the legs. Wouldn’t test spin ‘it will be fine’. It isn’t and hasn’t made any difference. Disgraceful service.

Following our engineer's attendance, no fault was identified with the appliance. However, an E18 error code was noted, which relates to an unbalanced load.
We appreciate your concerns regarding the checks carried out during the visit and understand that you remain unhappy with the performance of your washing machine.
As you have expressed a preference for an exchange rather than a further repair, we have referred you back to the manufacturer, Beko, as any decision regarding a replacement appliance would need to be made by them.

Leroy was absolutely amazing
Leroy was absolutely amazing, he fixed my dryer very quickly although it was placed high on top of my washing machine and hard to reach. Yet he still persevered and did it!

I made a call to Domestic and General explaining my washing machine was not spinning at the end of the cycle, the customer service staff took my details etc offered me an engineers call the same day. Excellent service, the engineer was professional and talked me through the problem which he quickly solved for me. Thank you all of you for your help
