Excellent service on our Siemens dishwasher from start to finish, and so good to know the charges in advance and to have a live update of the engineer's arrival time. Extremely pleasant and careful engineer who explained the problem to me, and fortunately had the part on board the van, so the job was done quickly and efficiently.

Successful resolution of a very unusual fault.
The service engineer was polite, friendly and thorough. He traced the intermittent fault on our dishwasher not to the machine itself but to the drawer of an adjacent unit occasionally pressing against the hard wired power supply and switching off the power - not an easy fault to diagnose.

Excellent Communication
I really appreciated the text message updates about the arrival time of my engineer and of the parts that needed to be ordered for my hisense dishwasher. Although it took 4 visits (one to diagnose the problem with the heat pump, one to fit the new part, a third to diagnose a new leak, and a 4th to fit that fault) Domex texted to offer an earlier timeslot, for both of the first 2 appointments, and also explained the 2 separate faults.
