We needed to replace a door handle, and found this company had the exact one. Easy to order, excellent price, and reasonable delivery charge to Northern Isles.
We were updated at every step, especially due to weather conditions. Felt like we had ordered ten door handles - the customer service was that good.

A lady called Mel Appleby took our phone order for door hinges, handles & latches etc and her advice was excellent, her knowledge and understanding of what was the best option for us was excellent… even our joiner (old school) was extremely impressed with her choices. Her employer will hopefully read this and give credit to her… ideally a pay raise as she’s an asset to the company. Thank you Mel

Antwoord van Door Handle Company
Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your feedback.
The product ordered clearly states “Please allow 7–10 working days for delivery.” Your order was placed on 18 December, just before our Christmas shutdown and you were advised by our colleague Mel that it would dispatch in the week commencing 5 January. The order was dispatched on 9 January, which was in line with this timescale.
We’re pleased to hear the door furniture itself was satisfactory. If there was an issue with the screws or fixings, we’re sorry this wasn’t raised with us directly at the time. Our customer service team is always happy to help and would have promptly arranged replacements if contacted via customerservices@doorhandlecompany.co.uk
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and are always keen to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
Shelley Finch
General Manager

Exactly the item I needed.
East order process, item arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. Hadn’t seen many other options around in the style and colour I needed. A bathroom door knob with a privacy lock on the knob itself.

Hi Peter,
Really sorry to hear you are having an issue with your ceramic knobs. They can be tricky of course due to their method of attachment to the door.
Could I ask you to email me - shelley@doorhandlecompany.co.uk with your original order number. I will be happy to assist you as much as I can.
Kind regards,

Good quality handles
I wanted a replacement for a door handle that had broken. They had one which was very similar. The handle arrived very promptly. I’m very pleased with the quality of the product and looks very good and similar to what was there and matchs other doors in the house. Would use again.

Door handle took over a week to arrive. There seemed to be quite a long delay in despatching item from when it was ordered. By the time it arrived I had found something elsewhere. Returned.
