The delivery guys Craig and Cameron were great - careful, professional and we were happy with delivery experience on the day!

Malachi and Mark appeared perfectly on time and proceeded to deliver our container from the port to our door and into our 3 storey home. They worked tirelessly with an enormous energy. Thoughtful, careful and with great humour. Bonner has two superstars they should be proud of.

We all place our faith in removal firms and then we hope for the best. Well on this occasion Bonner absolutely delivered - thank you

Adam was very professional and friendly, and communicated clearly. Asked for clarification when needed. Really thorough about packing fragile goods carefully. All the parking was sorted in advance, so no issues there either.

I cannot recommend Doree Bonner enough! We had an international move from the UK to Nova Scotia Canada over the summer. I spent months and months researching moving companies, and had heard so many horror stories that I was really nervous to commit to a company. We had a virtual call with Nick Young initially, who talked through the process with us step by step, and made us feel very comfortable in asking a huge amount of questions. He was always available via email to answer follow up questions, and had great communication.

Once we confirmed with Doree Bonner, we starting to work with Suzanne Knox in the UK, who dealt with the move from the UK side of things. She was fantastic!! Excellent communication and explained everything to me in detail of how the process works. I asked a ton of questions over quite a few months, and she was always very prompt and thorough in her reply.

On the day of the move, the packing team arrived on time and were all so friendly. They did an excellent job packing the entire house and handling all of our belongings with care. The team consisted of Harry, Lawrence, Ethan and Fabian, and they were all so wonderful! Thank you for doing such a great job.

Our shipment left port about 2 weeks behind schedule, but that was made very clear to us from the beginning, that the schedule was tentative and was based on the cargo ship and their schedules.

Our shipment departed the UK mid August and arrived in Nova Scotia early December. The team in Canada who received our shipment was Orbit International and their team were equally as strong in their communication. Once I cleared the shipment at customs, Orbit worked with a local moving company called AMJ who cleared our belongings at port within 48 hours and delivered promptly the next day. Their delivery team were fantastic and very friendly and very efficient in their work.

I have moved from Australia to the UK and through all of the process I have been kept well informed with professional staff updates. Doree Bonner were the final part of the delivery and were on time ( early ) professional and polite and as I only had a few boxes I didn’t get the staff names but delivery was to Southport 14/9 .

Thank you to Ash A, Adam J and Nick H for their help with our move. They were efficient, courteous and extremely professional. They made it all very easy and always had a smile of their face even after climbing two floors up with our very heavy boxes. The whole team from the booking process until they walked out the door were great and we are very thankful.

While there was an agency blunder regarding the handyman booking, the two delivery guys, Steve and Joe, went completely out of their way to do as much as they possibly could for us. They were extremely hardworking, professional, and pleasant to have around during a stressful move. God bless them—we are so incredibly thankful for their stellar work ethic.To make a great service even better, their supervisor joined them on-site and was extremely kind and courteous. He stepped right in and helped Steve and Joe get our bed assembled so we had a place to sleep, completely making up for the absence of the handyman.While the office logistics had a hiccup, this specific delivery crew and their supervisor completely saved the day with their outstanding customer service. Highly recommended and hope crown relocations Uk agency is as efficient and professional.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sam, Ash & Des today, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! They worked so efficiently and managed to get all the packing done in record time.

They were friendly, pleasant, clean and respectful of my home throughout. They were also incredibly helpful with carrying things upstairs and both assembling and disassembling items when needed.

Such a great team and a pleasure to have in my home. I would 100% recommend!

George and John were very professional throughout. Arrived as advised for both collection and return from storage. Packed it all up quickly and securely and put everything back in the right place on return.

The team were great for our move from Edinburgh to Surrey. They were quick and highly professional, particularly Peter on the Edinburgh side.
