Great quality, amazing service, fast delivery!
I bought myself a zodiac necklace and I am OBSESSED! I have had so many compliments I have purchased one for my sister and best friend too!
The parcels came beautifully packaged and arrived really quickly despite the postal strikes.
The one time I needed any help with an order I reached out via Instagram message, I heard back so quickly and the person on the other side was really helpful!
I can’t recommend this store enough! 10/10 would buy again!

Sadly had to return
Sadly the bangle I ordered arrived out of shape ( I guess it was squashed in the post) . Was a lovely design but a bit too flimsy so I had to return it.
This is why I give 5 stars … the return process was so easy. I emailed on Thursday ,got a reply from Orsi on the same day, posted it back on Friday and today Tuesday I have an email to say the return is complete.
Thank you Dorsya I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future.

Unfortunately your items was stuck for weeks at the Royal Mail distribution centre due to the past strikes and to the recent cyber incident. I tried to explain as clear as possible via email. Wow… what beautiful jewellery!
Wow. What beauties! The Dorsya rings and bracelet I have ordered are simply stunning! I’m always a little hesitant about buying crystals and gem stones online but these are just incredible. The quality of the jewellery is so high and the customer service and correspondence with the founder, Orsi, is second to none. Definitely recommend Dorsya!
