MY ADVENTURE STARTED ON FRIDAY THE 9TH, 2023 WITH ALLISON (WHO IS AMAZING, SO HELPFUL & FUNNY). SHE REFERED ME TO SUPPORT (KRISTY) WHO WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL, POLITE AND WAS ABLE TO WALK ME THROUGH FORM MCS-150 AND GET IT SUBMITTED SO EFFICIENTLY. ALSO, I HAD ACCIDENTLY PAID FOR THE WRONG SERVICE SO RICHARD CAME TO MY RESCUE BY VERIFING MY TRANSACTION AND ALSO WALKING ME THROUGH THE CORRECT PROGRAM MY COMPANY NEEDED. SUCH A WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PATIENT WITH MY FIRST ATTEMPT. I HOPE TO DO BETTER NEXT YEAR.

Jim is Absolutely Fantastic on his customer service. he answer your calls fast as possible, he's very straight forward on helping you step by step. I highly recommend him for his services.

This is a great company for small or large trucking companies. They are knowledgeable on all aspects of the trucking industry and will help you stay compliant with the US DOT. We have been with them since 2019 and everyone we have had interaction with has been very helpful in resolving any questions we have. I highly recommend them for all facets of your trucking operation.

Landon was sooooo helpful----very knowledgeable, extremely nice and great to actually talk to someone who spoke perfect English that you could understand. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and that is greatly appreciated!!!

I have spoke with Allison Smoot several times in the past couple of years and she is wonderful. Very helpful with the forms, and seems to have a positive attitude. I look forward to chatting with her again.
