There was no rush in deciding which mattress was best for me. The sales assistant was very helpful.

Would recommend this mattress good for aching bodies, very comfy

Sales person welcoming, very helpful and put us at ease. During paperwork we had coffee and agreed a delivery date. Confirmed we were happy and anything else besides protector we wanted.

The mattress which we purchased was much softer in the shop than the one which was delivered. I have never slept in a harder bed. I wasn't told when I bought it that it would take up to 100 days to soften up. What I was told was that if after (up to) 100 days I still wasn't happy, I could change it for a different one. I wasn't told that I would have to pay £95 for admin, plus delivery to bedroom (£29), plus the cost of the 'better/softer' mattress. I've bought mattresses before and not had to 'wear it in'. I can't be sure any mattress in Dreams is as it is in the shop. I am told it is because the shop models are 'laid on' by hundreds of customers, hence the reason they are softer. What is the point of selling goods not as those in the shop. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Great service in store, comfortable bed and mattress.

From the time we entered the store we felt that we were in good hands. The computer diagnostic for which was the best mattress for us has been proved spot on, the bed is very comfortable and takes in to account our sleeping positions. Delivery was confirmed and on time and we were kept informed of delivery throughout.
A brilliant service from start to finish.

The assistance julie was very good we layed on the bed to get are posture to recommend which bed to go for nothing was to much from julie. We were not rushed to decide on a purchase we even were offered a coffee.

We find our bed really comfortable it does everything we expected it to do.

Really helpful and pleasant sales assistant. Showed us the sorts of bed we wanted. Answered all our questions and gave advice and explained various things to do with the beds and pillows (We also bought pillows). Gave us plenty of time to make up our minds. Explained that we could take delivery at alter date and also alter it if necessary. Excellent customer service. Plus the deliverymen were great and very efficient.

Everything about purchasing my bed was 100per cent. Louise who sold us the bed was not pushy but knew her job inside out. We had a thorough test of all the beds that fitted our criteria. It was a slick sale. The testing of the pillows was good too and both bed and pillow met the standard I would expect.
Delivery was on time,the men who dismantled the bed were polite and pleasant and they took my old bed away. The whole procedure was seamless. Well done. I have recommended Dreams in Filton to friends.

We are an elderly couple,I am under 5ft in height.We are finding the bed too high (this was not mentioned at the time of purchase) We bought luxury silk feel linen and we are finding making the bed very heavy work.
