Great mattress
Great mattress, beware of the depth of it as it’s a fair bit higher than its predecessor but for us it’s a perfect, extremely comfortable mattress which improves our sleep quality

Excellent levels of service throughout
We received excellent advice and help from Jack the representative at Dreams, Gloucester and this was followed through with the same high level of service from their customer care team. We will certainly be buying our next mattress from Dreams

New mattress
The mattress was delivered on time and with no fuss at all. The delivery crew were polite and helpful. Within matter of less than 15 minutes the old mattress was removed and the new one on the bed.

Really easy experience
Really easy experience. The sleep machine helped to identify the best mattress option for us and was much more detailed than it was a few years ago. Jack at the Gloucester store was great to deal with and very friendly. Overall very happy!

Definitely recommend this store
I recommend all my friends to go to Dreams Gloucester if they need a bed/mattress/bedding. The staff are absolutely so knowledgeable especially Louise who I’ve seen a few times now.(I hope I have her name right). She isn’t at all pushy but gave me loads of information which allowed me to make the right choice without feeling under pressure. The mattress and pillow are just perfect . The mattress arrived on time with no bother or hold ups. The easiest purchase and delivery ever. Thank you

Defective product, poor response
We bought a TV bed. The electrics in the bed failed in the first 30 minutes of use. I'm an electrician so using my socket tester, I tested the socket in the bed and there is a neutral fault. Reported the fault the next day and we're still waiting for a remedy, just being passed onto other departments. I bought the bed from Dreams, it's up to them to fix it. Just feel like loading it up in my trailer and taking it back to the Gloucester store we ordered it from for a refund. Really poor service, No one we are in touch with wants to take ownership of the fault.
