Paul the sales man was amazing

From the start we were treated like human beings and did not feel pressured at all. The advice we were given was first class. Well done Dreams.

Great experience at store. Lovely staff, and very helpful. Tested out all the mattresses, no pressure to buy, but we did, offered drinks while we took our time and tested the mattress firmness we needed. We have the 100 day mattress exchange, but hopefully won’t need to use it, all in all, would definitely use Dreams again, even delivery guys were great. Thanks to all at the Plymouth branch and Happy New Year

Callum showed us around the Plympton showroom and Paula took our order by phone the next day as Callum was off. She remembered us even though she didn't serve us which was nice. She was really patient when some international details needed repeating. Similarly, Callum didn't rush us at all even though we were the last customers of the day. We have not yet had delivery of the bed - but they were very flexible about leaving a date open for us to schedule once we had fixed our availability. Hope the bed itself is as good as Dreams customer service!

What an amazing find at Dreams! We really found our dream bed. My husband wanted a TV Bed, I wanted an Adjustable Bed…. one trip to Dreams and we found what we were looking for, one bed with everything we both wanted - amazing! The help which Paula, the sales person, gave us was so valuable, she was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much😊

From start to finish excellent service - the “patience of a saint from Paula
- the sales assistant”- and so knowledgable. We went in several times to discuss with her before buying - nothing too much trouble! The beds arrived a week before planned delivery and the two men who delivered and constructed bed frames were brilliant - if I remember correctly “A and A”- definitely the A Team! So respectful of our home and again did a brilliant job! Our new king size Dreams mattress is sooo comfy - perfect! Thank you Dreams!

I have had great service from dreams store on Plymouth for a new bed.

Paul in store was great not pushy but listen to my needs for the bed and especially the mattress. We have never such a great night sleep in years. We cannot thank you enough.

The delivery guys Jason, Arron, Martin and Axel were all so efficient and respectful. They put covering booties on before coming in and carried the parcel in carefully.

The staff were great, very friendly and I got what I needed, the sleep match machine is a good thing as it tells you what you need, and then you can choose one of the mattresses from a choice of 4 that it marri's up from the machine. I would defiantly use the sleep match machine if you go in there.
