Service delivery was very good

Way too intense for doing 3 mph over the speed limit,
I have had a clean license for years and know how to drive, they made me feel like a criminal who couldn't drive

The Driverech Speed awareness course is a real eye opener. I've been driving for 40 years and consider myself to be a 'good' driver.

However, these courses consolidate your knowledge and bring new snippets.

I would hope that I improve my driving ability and keep reminding myself of the details I've learned on this course.

The course content was helpful and has definitely improved my driving. I understand the need for some policing, given that not everyone engages fully, but the facilitators’ approach went far beyond what felt reasonable.

For a course that’s meant to be an optional alternative to points and a fine, the tone was surprisingly strict. Their demands—being constantly visible on camera, no blurred backgrounds, and accusations about “others in the room”—felt intrusive and unnecessary.

I was wrongly accused of having someone present and threatened with removal, which was both unfair and heavy‑handed. Adults should be treated like adults. The learning was good; the delivery was not.

Didn’t know what to expect as course was alternative to “points” on my licence.
The “rules” of attendance seemed to imply something a bit Draconian!
So, I got to the venue which was a Yacht Club and it was very pleasant air conditioned overlooking the harbour.
Right from the start the trainer, an ex policeman, put us all at ease and had a very friendly approach to the subject matter and a very good way of getting us all fully engaged, so far from being a “must” attend I felt that I would choose to be there even if I hardened committed a speeding offence.
The subject matter was relevant, concise and extremely well presented and I definitely learned a lot about road safety.
Overall I think the course was well worthwhile and I would definitely consider other courses run by Drivetech

The gentlemen that took the course, were friendly and professional. The course was easy to understand and follow. Although we got a pen from the venue. In the long run it was an expensive pen.

They provided an excellent speed awareness course with valuable education. The trainer, Bill, was highly knowledgeable, kept everyone engaged and interested, and I left with far more understanding and awareness than when I started.

I found the course very positive. I didn't know what to expect so was pleased with the outcome. The course started and ended on time and was easy to log on and participate

There are various Drivetech courses and you are put onto the one that fits your error or mistake when driving. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable and professional. They provide a place for learning new habits. They give you the framework for change in your behaviour on the road. They provide insight into your driving style and that of others. Their aim I felt is to ensure that you do not continue your bad driving habits after the course. They explain, show and discuss after giving time to evaluate and consider. Very good course although I do feel that it depends on the trainers, their abilities and their attitude. We had the best trainers! The information and delivery is great value for money.

Highly recommended. Both course leaders were able to ensure that class participants contributed usefully to the course in question i.e. speed awareness. If I had any reservation about it, I would say it’s a pity that it can’t be given to every driver, not just those who have infringed speed limits wittingly or unwittingly. I found the whole course to be very helpful.

I had a great experience with DriveTech. Unfortunately, I had technical issues during my first course, but their customer service was excellent. They were understanding, gave helpful advice, and quickly booked me onto the next available course. The trainer was engaging and knowledgeable, and the course was informative and well delivered. Highly recommended.

Everyone shold do a course on a regular basis.

After attending a Speed Awareness Course i found the information provided vital in making me more aware of the Hazards that can be on our UK Roads and what Speed can do if exceeded in rural area`s. There was also elements that i did not know since passing my Driving Test many years ago. I think every Road User should attend the Course, it can only be a good thing.

I am not saying do the course as it helps aid you on how your experience of driving on the roads in the UK. If you're on this course with Drivetech, you've messed up and the local police force have gave you an invitation to join one of the courses. The course itself does help with the way you drive, no matter what your experience of driving is. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the subject they were teaching. The classroom was pleasant, with a good location for the various people who attended. The driver instruction was in an up to date car whether it was a manual or automatic, depending on your needs as a driver. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. They didn't judge on why you were there, and if I'm allowed, I'd like to give a big shout out for Neil and Natalie, both excellent instructors in the classroom, and Natalie was also my driving instructor, who was very professional and gave out genuine tips on how I could improve my driving, which I didn't realise I had such bad habits. Yes, I had a really good day, but wish I hadn't messed up to be on the course. Thank you to Neil and Natalie, also Drivetech.

Trainer was respectful and included everyone, he made all who attended the course aware of the dangers of even slight increases in speed. Good videos showing, had to spot what hazard was coming next. Knowing the speed limits of different roads. Overall a good course
