Visited the Colchester avenue shop today and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of Lynda. Regardless of her being on her own she was incredibly helpful, no question was too much for her and even though I was being quite fussy with what I wanted she was able to provide lots of alternative ideas. I will definitely be back in when I have gone through my options. Thank you again Lynda.

Visited Dulux at kings Norton business park looking for wallpaper.
Me & my husband are OAPs & the customer service was awful.
Told wallpaper books were at back of store & we would have to look through them, they were very heavy & we couldn’t lift them off the selves. Staff just ignored us. Never go there for wallpaper

Roy Is very reliable and professional. He has helped me twice now with an online order and in store order and I am impressed with how helpful he has been

Teal Tension for the living room and violet white for the kitchen. Also brilliant white for my Titanic themed bedroom.

Shopped In Galasheils Dulux Centre for the First time.Excellent customer Service and product knowledge from Jamie and his staff.Will be back shortly to order more paint from the Dulux Centre Galasheils.

We have used the Shrewsbury one a couple of times now and think the staff there are great . Kevin was very helpful and was happy to spend time answering our questions about which products we needed. Used the Heritage paint for the kitchen - really good product. Will be back.

Absolutely fantastic service received by the whole team within the Widnes branch. Very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Would highly recommend to anyone.

At Dulux in Carlisle today, first time I have used this store. I quite frankly had no idea what I wanted expected colours to match to. Sue was so incredible helpful. She helped me match perfectly and find the right finishes and varnish I needed for my project. I was definitely a painful customer and she was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease while she helped me. Will definitely be back for future projects.

Glasgow Kingston branch (decorating centre). The customer service was not very good. I have been planning to redecorate my whole house and required a lot of paint but needed help with colours and different qualities, however the service from these guys was terrible. Ended up going to crown paint which was round the corner better service overall. I will not be returning.

Emma at Watford duluxe center has been super helpful. She has helped immensely in finding the right paint and was super patient

I had a painting emergency that may well have ruined my Christmas, but thanks to the amazing, attentive and knowledgeable staff at Londonderry, we were able to resolve my decorating conundrum. Dulux you now have a customer for life!

I attended the Colchester avenue store anxious overwhelmed and not a clue where to start.

I was approached by Lynda who went through everything with me from preparing the walls to finishing. The sheer level off attentive customer service was outstanding and I came away with so many ideas and knowledge of what is needed to make my new house a home. I can't thank you enough for taking the time to go through everything with me and I'll definitely be ordering from you when we get the keys. Exciting times. Went in yesterday and was given the most amazing and attentive service. The staff member explained everything and helped with everything! I shall be back as this is far better than mainstream retailers

Unbelievably expensive and not interested in price matching. Bought 3 x 5l of Dulux trade Matt for £66 each and was told they have competitive prices. Unbelievably exactly the same paint is available at Paintwell for £35 per 5l. Rang the Preston depot where we bought but they were not interested at all and said they had no price matching policy and weren’t interested in sorting something out for me.

Generally I love you to bits, but someone should point out that you have the worse website I have ever seen. I just spent 90 minutes trying to place an order. Site constantly freezes, refreshes itself for 5 minutes even if you change quantity of something. It's been like that for as long as remember. You should fire whoever deals with this... On this occasion I wasn't even able to place an order as the payment timed out... Its 2024 !!!

I have had a dulux account for years and find I'm locked out of my account I find it hard to pay now. I like to keep up to my payments its very frustrating always have to ask for a link. It would be nice to see my account. Putting me off going into dulux. Currently use Johnstone cash account.

I recently dropped in to my local store in Worcester to pick up some paint swatches for a few projects. After a few minutes of bumbling around, a member of staff approached me and offered to help. She explained all about the various ranges and made sure I was armed with all of the paint swatches.

I returned to the store a few days later after we chose a colour plan for our first room. I ordered the pains to be made up and went and got the other things I needed, like ceiling emulsion and gloss. I bought in bulk as I am decorating the whole house over time. I chatted to the young man on the counter who had
Mixed my paint. He told me there was a deal on the Trade emulsion I was buying, so rather than pay £80 for 10 litres, I could buy 2 7.5 litre cans for £30 less. So 50% more paint for a third less. The guy in the store recognised I was working a big project, so also generously applied a project discount to my order. He even helped me take my purchases outside to the car.

Top level customer service, understanding, friendly staff, and great products as keen prices. I recommend the Worcester branch to local folks.

Overpriced, when you can buy exactly the same products online for far less money.
After visiting the Great Yarmouth Dulux Decorating Centre, I bought 2.5 litre of polyurethane varnish, and 1 litre of white gloss paint for a princely sum of £86.21 including the v.a.t but when i looked online i found i can buy exactly the same products delivered directly to my door for £53.48 including the v.a.t.
So I will never use the store again, what a ripoff!!

My partner and I decided to visit are local Dulux centre in Loughborough as we had decided to paint the kitchen units. As they are high gloss decided better to get some advice first
We explained to the people in the shop what we wanted to do so they recommended a high grip primer to use first
Went home took the doors off and primed them all we chose colour we wanted so went back to the shop once again explained it to them we had done as recommended and ask what top coat to use they recommended oil based and best way to apply it we were told a particular type so brought 2 packs went home and started to apply top coat left to dry recommend time then apply next coat left for 24 hours as it said on tin picked one door up to fit back on my partner said colour was not same as chart we offered the chart up to door as we moved it the colour chart caught the door and the paint peeled off
Went back to shop was as we done as said I said yes as per instructions on the tins so they phoned technical support they said I should wait at least 2 weeks before it harden off what a joke so I paint doors and cannot use kitchen for 2 weeks absolutely ridiculous no one told me this when I told them what I was doing if they had I wouldn’t have started to do job so I’ve spent over £200 in paint and it’s total use less was not offered a refund or anything shop staff obviously not trained properly will never go there again or recommend anyone to them

Asked for 10L of mixed paint, salesman mixed the paint and handed me 2 x 5L because they didn’t have the base colour in 10L.
When asked at the till isn’t that more expensive way to buy them having 2 pots of paint, he said yes and would not do them at the 10L price.
If the salesman would have said before he mixed them that he didn’t have base colour and that they only had 5Ls pots and that it would be more expensive I would have gone somewhere else or it would have been better to charge me the price of 10 L tub.
Very bad customer service.
