The items are great and when delivered were well packaged. I did find it difficult knowing when I would actually be receiving the items!

Good Value for your money variety a little limited, but they are not specialist suppliers, more general common varieties supplied by them.

The bulbs arrived quickly and were huge! Looking forward to seeing the display in Spring!

Delivered in good time complete order

Have ordered from J Parker’s before and had good quality plants however, I have just received an order off them and the plants were in an awful state , I emailed them and did not have a response, so i WhatsApp’d them and they stated that the plants were as they were due to the hot summer ! But still happy to take the full amount of money .
I won’t be ordering off them again .

Hi it took 24days to deliver . Emailed on the 12th day its being prepared, on th16th day it's still being prepared. No info why it's late by 10 days or more. Missed the birthday present . Rubbish

Good choice of products and pricing. However, some of my order is almost a month late and some over a week late, the tracking link in the order update email doesn't work, and pasting it into Evri's tracking page also didn't help, with the number coming back as 'this doesn't look like an Evri reference'. I then tried the chat bot, who couldn't help, and so passed me on to a human...with a two day wait, and 77 people in front of me! I'm afraid the choice of products and reasonable prices don't make up for such awful customer service, and I won't be using J Parkers and Dutch Bulbs again

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service that I received from Sukey Singh. I made a telephone call and he went out of his way to deal with my order, he honestly couldn't have done any more. It such a rarity these days not to be put through to an automated pre-recorded bot. Well done J Parker and thank you Sukey!

Very disappointed. Preordered bulbs ready for autumn container planting, still not here despite being told they would arrive mid August and some end of August. I can go into garden centres and buy bulbs today and for some orders I have had to do that. As for the shrub I ordered no sign of that despite being advised of a mid August delivery period. I feel its not worth preordering when they do not arrive before the garden centres!!

I ordered some plants earlier in the year. They did not thrive. Probably down to the weather even though I looked after them. I contacted support. They were super helpful and have arranged replacements with no hassle. Can’t ask for more than that. Thank you.
