Before purchase of the 'Wildtrak Soft Tonneau Cover', Harriet was so helpful in ensuring I purchased the right one for my vehicle. Delivery was very prompt with both hard copy and emailed fitting instructions.
These were followed and the installation was very easy, what a great product which is very practical and enhances the vehicle.

Purchased a set of side steps for a 2016 Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian 2016. Was very happy with my purchase, and delighted with them now they are fitted. Service was excellent from Eagle 4 x 4 would have awarded 5 stars but for having to pay extra for shipping ,granted the extra cost was split, but not everyone who lives in Scotland lives up in the Highlands on top of some mountain! So would wish companies would stop charging an arm and a leg for this, I have had longer heavier boxes delivered up here for free, so maybe its your courier? But that said, will still come back and buy again from here, just need to make sure its not as long next time.

From the first call with Harriet she did everything she could to help me providing expert guidance on the best purchase to make. When we had an issue with the supplier, she owned the problem and got it solved as quickly as possible. She was an absolute star with her customer service. Thank you .

Purchased a soft tonneau cover which unfortunately I had to return which was my fault. Harriet Archer could not have been more helpful or understanding and made the whole process painless. No mean feat for returning a parcel of the size. Frankly amazing service and the refund was processed the day after I had the parcel collected. Would not hesitate to use the company again and recommend to others. The actual product looked really good quality but sadly I could not remove my existing canopy without damaging the clips so decided leave it.

What an amazing team. The lights arrived very well packaged and were an absolute plug-and-play dream to fit, and looked gorgeous. I have had a lot of comments on them from friends and just general passersby. A short while back, around 11 months after installing them, a fault (wasn't their fault in the end, I want to say that now) developed with what appeared to be one of the units after testing with the original lighting unit. Anyway, no questions asked, they sent me a brand new unit out (after a few trouble shooting bits and pieces). Turned out there was a bad earth that had developed on the truck, so returned their new unit to them and offered to contribute towards the cost as they'd been so great with all of it, but they said all is good and just glad its resolved. Great company, great support, I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

After a three-month wait for the new Ranger Wildtrak to be delivered from Ford, the first task was to enhance its appearance and give it the look it deserved.
On the day of delivery, I contacted Eagle 4x4 for guidance on the most cost-effective options to transform the Ranger’s look, given Ford’s recent dent in the finances the budget wasn’t the best so didn’t know how far it would reach but the Eagle team showed exceptional expertise and skillfully revamped the entire exterior of the Ranger under my specified budget exceeding my expectations.
Eagle 4x4 accommodated me whilst i waited with refreshments and a nice warm waiting area with pinball and TV which was a cool experience also.
The quality of the parts used is exceptional, and the team’s friendliness and helpfulness were truly remarkable. Consequently, this establishment has become my go-to destination for everything Ranger related .
I ordered a new set of the Spyder mats yesterday, they arrived early morning next day and was fitted by lunch time again super impressed with the quality and service .

Got the exact item I wanted. Quick delivery. Adrian and Harriet were always quick to respond and answer my queries despite me only ordering replacement rubber seal for my hard top canopy. If I need anything else in future I will check at Eagle 4x4 first. Great service.
