I bought fizz eco toilet cleaners as i want a chemical free alternative. Unfortunately, they don't work at all and the marketing is misleading. They certainly don't fizz up or even clean. A bit of eco washing liquid does a better job. I contacted this company and explained. They confirmed that a full refund would be processed. However few emails later, no refund has been processed or have they responded to my emails asking what is happening. 23rd may 2026 the refund was confirmed saying it would take approx 10 days. Very disappointed. I won't be purchasing anything from this company again.

I try to think of the environment with my purchases. I was glad to find EcoVibe. The magic sponges that come to life when put in water and are fully compostable are great. Laundry sheets also really good and the toilet bombs work well without nasty chemicals.
I even shared my order with a friend and she is very happy I did.

I can't actually remember how I stumbled upon EcoVibe but I am SO pleased that I did! I have been using unscented laundry sheets for years but decided to switch to EcoVibe. The sheets dissolve completely and clean all our laundry very well - even my husband's dirty trousers and jumpers - he's an engineer who likes to get his hands (and clothes) very dirty! I now have a 6 month subscription which not only saves me money but also ensures that I have a ready supply of the sheets to keep up with the mounds of laundry my household and business produces every week. Cannot recommend highly enough - I'm persuading all my friends to make the switch!

Absolutely thrilled that Ecovibe UK is back under new management! I just placed my first order and couldn't be happier with the experience. My items arrived quickly and in perfect condition, showing real care in both service and packaging. It's wonderful to see Ecovibe UK return, and I'm so excited to support them again. Not received my order placed early Jan. Not responding to my request for a refund. Robbery! Avoid!

Cannot get a response. I’ve emailed them twice as they have not shipped my order, which I placed on 4th January, yet. They responded to my first email saying they couldn’t locate the soap in the warehouse. I have chased this twice since then and they’re just ghosting me. No phone number on their website. I’ve used them for many, many years and have not experienced anything like this before, but I am so annoyed. It takes nothing to reply to an email or provide a refund if they cannot fulfil my order.

Can't get a response from the email they give for questions and queries. Been waiting ages for my deliver. Not given an estimated date of deliver, not given any tracking details.

I've been waiting for my order for a month now after paying £4.50 for delivery. Customer services is cold and very hard to get hold of when you do.

I ordered cellulose sponges. They're fine, no problems.
Shipping was horrendous. Charging £4.49 for shipping which I had no problem with if the website justification was true - claiming Royal Mail 2nd class and recycled compostable packaging for delivery. There was absolutely no label on my parcel so no it was not sent by Royal Mail. RM also leave parcels by mailboxes in my flat building, not outside individual doors. The packaging was bursting open, not because it was full, but because the cardboard was weak and seemed used. The sponges were not packaged in individual boxes of 2 like the listing, they were just in the main parcel, and any one of them could have fallen out considering the bulging opening leaving a gap. I have no problem with leaving out the individual boxes, but charging £4.49 for a weak (likely reused) cardboard box and not having to purchase RM shipping label is ridiculous. The sponges also seemed slightly damp and I had to dry them in the sun.

Always keen to buy eco products. However, won't be using this company again. 19th June: Ordered one box of compostable dog poop bags. £4.99. Realised too late that postage was £4.49, so effectively paying £9.48 for one box of bags. (Postage actually cost them £3.69). Order never arrived. Sent two emails and order eventually posted 8th July. Arrived in a stupidly large cardboard box, battered and held together with sellotape wrapped all the way round. Could have fitted at least ten boxes in there. Would have fitted in a large envelope.

I ordered some products from this company, and a few weeks went by i received nothing! So I emailed and they said "not long to wait now." However, another few weeks and more unanswered emails and nothing! So I went onto Facebook and posted on there they asked me not to and to DM them.So I messaged them. The reply I got was shocking! They tried to make me feel bad for wanting to know where my money or my order was by saying someone had died! I said If they had communicated with me I wouldnt have kept on asking!
After some more rudeness the person replying said when the products came they'd pack it themselves, still nothing came for 2 weeks! I threatened to send the Police there! Finally I rec'd my goods after 8 weeks, with a snarky fb msge and some free mouthwash tablets I had never ordered from them, I was supposed to be grateful?? What a joke. I cannot recommend them to anyone now! They refused to acknowledge the lack of communication was the cause of the problem here! they said I has caused them stress...? No concern for the stress they had caused,I had ordered from them before without any problem.They blocked me from messaging them on Facebook! One year later this company is trying to get this review taken down as a fake review! Unbelieveable! Edited 1st July 2025

I was so impressed when I first discovered EcoVibe - fantastic range of plastic free products which worked brilliantly. Sadly, for the last year or more they just never have anything in stock and I have given up trying. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business.

Please do not support this company, the owner has various limited companies, he has millions in debt owing to his suppliers and every now and again goes into administration with one of his companies. Only to be allowed to continue his dishonest activities under the name of another company. Check companies House and be aware. They purchased a few thousands pounds worth of items from me and failed to pay. I did my research when it was too late and even debt collectors advised that I have no chance to get my money.

Any company that has no customer service team and no public phone number and no email that works, should be avoided like the plague. Shocking business practices including not paying suppliers for goods received. I have been trying to unsubscribe from their email marketing for months now but their unsubscribe link is fake, they continue to email me multiple times a week. The only way of contacting them is through an unmanned chat box on their website. They never reply. The company is clearly in trouble and a quick look on Companies House is very revealing. If they could face their customers, they wouldn't get reviewed like this.

You’ve not replied to any of my messages, despite my sending 3 emails AND contacting you via FB since 25 Feb. You’ve taken money from me for a product you have no provided! Disgraceful. Yet you continue to find the time to send constant marketing emails.

We were excited to find a company offering plastic free packaging for food and had a couple of successful orders but now their poor customer service has caught up with us (it all did seem too good to be true). An order is now over 3 weeks late and their "customer service" has stopped responding. They can only be sent emails or messaged on social media and the website is very limited so can't request refunds etc, so it's easy to be ignored. I'm not holding out too much hope to get a response from them for this review but it's worth a shot!
Hopefully they will fulfill the order/someone will acknowledge something's gone awry, but I'll be avoiding them from now on, instead will go direct to their suppliers (Ecotopia for food).
Such a shame.

I have been trying to get my order 70716 for a month now. I have sent 4 emails 2 messages on Fb and all I ever received was an acknowledgement at the beginning. The order is sitting on my account blatantly unfulfilled yet they gave takenvthe money for it Every time I send an email-because there is no way of contacting them by phone they send it back with no reply. I am disgusted with this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who doesn't want their money stolen.

I have contacted ecovibe about a faulty product that I purchased from them. I have sent numerous emails and messages on Instagram that are being ignored. Extremely dissatisfied

Cannot rate this website high enough. I stumbled on it over a year ago and am slowly working my way through their range of products. Some are of better quality than others but that's to be fully expected and I believe it's down to trial and error of what is suitable for each individual. I will continue to use Ecovibe as I love the sustainability and the lack of chemicals used in their products.

Cleans really well. Came in cardboard packaging via the mail. No plastic.
