if i could give it 10 stars i would i was left in the dirt by anither company wasted 6days but this company here got my uec sorted in 3 days . the person on the phone unreal and the car now starts thanks to his work

Ecu express we're great my item couldn't be repaired but they supplied me with another in just a few days and at a very reasonable price

What made my experience with ecu Express they were very efficient and very helpful straight from the beginning. Even though I received my bcm back a week ago they were very patient till I got fitted and tested. So far so good.

Sent my bcm in for repair was told they couldn't repair but they supplied me with a good working unit and flashed the new unit plugged in all worked perfectly fine

Contacted ecuexpress because I had issue with my ecu was asked to give them part number the auto electrician tht was out at my car rubbed the part number off was advised to send my ecu to them to see what they could do with in a day they contacted me saying they managed to get a part number week later got my ecu back and car is up and running again

Excellent customer service did the jobs done ASAP.

Been quoted for a replacement ECU because they do not have a rig for the old one. they gave me a replacement unit, which was second hand, I was never told that to start with, and when fitted back on the car gave me the same old fault, plus about 5 more. when asked for a refund (or at least a partial refund, cause I understand they had to copy and rewrite the data from my ECU) been told that they will not refund, and have been told that they mailed the old ECU to me. also I was asked to pay through a site called Payit, or pay an extra 5% if I want to make the payment by card at their office. Spoke with someone who was very rude and told me there is no way he will refund. Reported the transaction to the bank as scam or fraude, and will notify the financial ombudsman. stay away from this company

Having been let down by a manufacturer's repair system, Ecu Express came through with results quickly and at a reasonable cost.
Andrew's communication was clear, concise and timely, limiting the inconvenience to our customer.

After a garage diagnosed a serious problem with the ECU on my van I approached ECU Express after another well known ECU testing company messed me about. The communication with ECU Express was excellent and I sent the unit to them and received a replacement unit back within 3 working days, and this cured the fault.
I cant recommend ECU Express highly enough.

2013 Vauxhall Astra faulty BCM which an expert electrical engineer said couldn’t be repaired done in 48 hours . No fuss. Excellent service always responded to my texts . Absolutely deserve this rating would recommend to anyone.

Had loads of issues with my FORD TRANSIT 2008 BCM Driving me insane, sent it off to ECU EXPRESS and had it repaired, returned and installed. Back in the van in a week.
My texts. And calls. We’re always answered. Brilliant service. Cannot reccomend highly enough . No doubt being a 2008 transit camper I’ll be using. ECU express in the future

I sent them the BCU from my Ford C-Max after the wipers stopped working. DPD actually messed up the delivery at first and sent it to the wrong place, but ECU Express were patient and helpful while it got sorted. Once they finally received the part, they repaired it and sent out a plug-and-play replacement within 48 hours.

The new unit worked perfectly the moment it was fitted – no programming needed. Communication was great, the process was quick, and the £210 price was fair.
