Very good price and delivery was prompt. However, I was unsure about the size of the lens and I emailed support to see what my options were for a return for the larger lens. Unfortunately I have to report that the email was unanswered. In the end I just decided to stick with the glasses I originally ordered. So good price and delivery but appalling customer service. This is a pity as I could not in all conscience recommend this site to a friend.

Note: following reply from seller. Regardless of how busy you are it is common courtesy to reply and acknowledge an email, in fact it is inexcusable for an online retailer to use this excuse.

My glasses came damaged. Packaging and all was good and they came quite fast. Unfortunately I needed to return them and I'll be expecting a replacement.

Arrived on time. Look the subglasses. And were at very good price

Great product offering and reasonable prices with good delivery. My glasses however were completely different to the online images due to illumination of the product which made them appear much lighter and transparent. All in all I was not happy.

Bought pair of Prada sunglasses for my wife. They were genuine and in perfect condition. Paid extra for next day delivery and to my surprise were delivered next day. Would but again.

Ordered £300 glasses on 10th February, and apparently still awaiting receipt of goods what ever that means, no further correspondence or update or explanation from company and still not answering any UK calls or emails. I have finally received a full refund as of 11/03/2022
Any UK customer wishing to contact Edel-Optics Uk or I.E, should use their Facebook page and contact via messenger! That was the only way I managed to make any viable contact with this company, they replied within hours and having done so, my issues were resolved eventually with a full refund.

Quick postage and item exactly as described. Best price online. What else needs to be added? Full recommendation.

There is an issue with my order NO. E-IE21-3198951, I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and got just one and even the one I got I want to return. But as I read the previous comments, no customer service and way too many problems with deliveries. Avoid this website!

Update: so I got response 2 weeks back, they sent me the missing pair which I said I don't want anymore and want to return both. I got an answer to print their return label, which I did. Of course I did not get a return label, I got email in german language that they are unable to send it to me and I have to contact customer support (non existent) through email or phone. I tried the phone call but had to hang up, because the recorded message was in irish language which I do not speak. Sent them an email what to do next. next update in few weeks I guess

I couldnt have asked for better service, delivered to ROI within 20 hours of ordering. €100 cheaper than any other shop/website as a certified RayBan reseller, I had read bad reviews about delivery but I had 1 of the better experiences and will order again.
